Litsa was born in Athens and raised in the attractive city of Piraeus. She graduated from the Navy Public High School in direction for bridge officer. She has a lot of experience in Hotel Management and Costumer service as she gained most of it in 2000 when she was working for a five star hotel in the amazingly beautiful island of Symi. She began her Yachting career in 2004 with the first yacht being at 50m. With her outgoing, happy personality the industry became her passion and she continued to pursue her career working on both charter and private m/y’s. She has also been a Chief Stewardess in sailing yachts. Her vast experience with the requirements and expectations of high end clients, her love for adventure and exploring new places along with her undeniable sweetness are only some of the principles that the owner saw in her and thus she has been by his side in his yachts since 2017. She is one of the most positive people one will ever meet in life. Her hobbies are reading, dancing, swimming, solving puzzles and playing with kids. Fluent in Greek and English.

Renata is coming from Constanta, the biggest port of the Romanian Black Sea Coast. Before bringing her skills to the domain of luxury yachts industry, she had a successful career in marketing/business development. Renata attended the Mathematics College but she completed her degree in Business Administration and Economics last year. Leading the interior team of well-known charter yachts such as Delma (85m), Alexandra (50m), Bliss (45m) and 8 seasons on MY Ionian Princess (45m) Renata joined the warm family of MY Rare Find this year. She speaks English, Italian, French and lately, she has improved the Greek language, she considers Greece her second home. She loves the sea, travelling, meeting other nations, cultures and to see different ways of life. Renata is in charge for all interior activity, provisioning, hotel supplies and all of the yacht's areas presentation and appearance. She leads a great team of four interior staff, offering high level service in a luxury atmosphere.

Originally from Athens in Greece, Ioannis is a hugely experienced member of the crew, with a conscientious approach to his job. Having spent his entire career working on the sea, previous roles included time as a military officer, on speed boats and a catamaran,10 years on M/Y Ionian Princess 2 years on M/Y Bliss and time on M/Y Sequel P. Ioannis’ hobbies include martial arts, reading, traveling and scale modelling.

Nikos was born and raised in Athens. He studied at the Nautical academy of Chios island. Engineer class A’ with license for any of propulsion. He started his career as 3rd engineer on cargo and passenger ships in 1994 - 2006 . There he became a Chief Engineer. In 2006 Niko joined yachting industry working on 50- 60 m charter boats as Chief Engineer cruising all over the Europe and Caribbean. He joined m/y Rare Find in December 2018 and he takes great pride in ensuring that all the machinery is kept in top condition and works seamlessly. Niko enjoys going to the gym and mountain biking. He hobby is restoration old time classic motorcycles. He is fluent in Greek and English.

Nikolaos Makrydakis

Giannis grew up in Piraeus and studied at the National Merchant Marine academy of Engineers of Aspropyrgos. He started working as an automobile engineer, which is also a fancy hobby for him. He entered the yacht industry in 2013 as a 3rd engineer class C with license for any means of propulsion on a 130m private motor yacht in Qatar where he had a longevity for 6 years. He joined m/y Rare Find in December 2018 as a 2nd engineer & IT A very calm natured person, Giannis has a logical & well thought out approach to engineering problem solving.
Giannis Haralambopoulos

Giannis is the youngest crew member of MY Rare Find. He was trained as a computer & network engineer before discovering his love for the yachting industry a few years ago, working on board the yacht “Seven S” and later on “Aimilia”. His love for sea started with his amazing experience as a lifeguard in Elafonisos Island. Since then he has gained experienced on both private and charter yachts and is a valuable team player. He is very hard working and strives to fulfil all duties necessary for a successful charter, including the comfort, safety and satisfaction of guests.

Xenia is from Russia, but for the last few years she has been living in Greece. She studied at the Industrial and Technical college in Russia and Aegean college in Piraeus, Greece. Since 2020, Ksenia has enjoyed applying this knowledge to the yachting industry, having worked on prestigious sailing yachts such as "Blue Sky","My way" and "Estia Poseidon" as solo stewardess. Her experience in hospitality means that she is knowledgeable and professional. She is both intuitive and attentive, which ensures that the needs of guests are handled discreetly and quickly, making their stay on Rare Find relaxing and enjoyable.
Xenia Gertsyk

Thanasis was born and raised in Volos. Captain class B II/2, IV/2 Certificate of Competency issued by STCW. He graduated the Marine Academy in 2004 and started his career on commercial tankers and bulk carriers travelling all over the world. In 2005, Thanasis got his first position in the yachting industry as a Deckhand on a 40m charter motor yacht. His yachting experience is quite versatile varying from 20-50m private and charter motor/sailing yachts. In 2013 Thanasis participated in the Perini Cup on a 50m sailing yacht. He was with the owners of Rare Find since their previous yacht – Ionian Princess. During his free time, he enjoys a sportive lifestyle by training in windsurfing, wakeboard, snowboard and hiking with his dog.

Olga joined Rare Find 4 years ago, after a rich experience in yacht charter industry including M/Y O’Pari, M/Y O Mega, M/Y Theodora and successfully eight seasons onboard MY Ionian Princess. Olga always strives to provide the highest level of service for guests, combining her hospitality skills with her enthusiasm & kindness. She brings many skills to the table, including fine dining, silver service, wine service, bartender & decorator, ensuring the right atmosphere & level of service is always met for each guest. She has a great team spirit, eye on detail and excellent skills that make her appreciated by all our guests and crew as well.

Tasos was born & grew up in the suburbs of the biggest port of Greece –Piraeus. He started his yachting career as sailor and further on he moved to 52m yacht Vera, where he gained valuable high-end yachting experience. Tasos works closely with the other members of the Rare Find crew in preparing the yacht to look & perform at its best at all times. He also takes an active role in launching & retrieving tenders, jet skis & sea bobs. A very nice personality smiling all the times. Tassos is much appreciated by our guests who find him to be a very amiable, easy going & attentive member of the Rare Find crew.
