Raised in East London on the Wild Coast of South
Africa, Byron has had a passion for the sea from a
young age. He started sailing at the age of 9 and has
been involved in many sailing, as well as other water
sporting, events. This has resulted in him developing a great deal of knowledge and experience in a vast array of water sports. He has a RYA Yacht Master Ocean qualification, with over 85 000nm under his belt.
Byron and Michelle have been working together since 2015 and love to be on the water. Since then, they have extensively sailed the waters around the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mexico, parts of the USA and the Western Mediterranean. They have many a story to share.
Combining their passion for food and love of the sea, Byron and Michelle
invite you to share in their infectious humor and desires to explore the world around them.

Byron is joined by his his wife and Chef, Michelle, who has a wealth of knowledge in the hospitality industry. Michelle is certified in Food Safety and has completed numerous culinary courses.
She enjoys using her previous travels to come up with a variety of scrumptious cuisines from around the world that are sure to excite the taste buds. She is happy to create a menu that suits the guests dietary restrictions and menu requests.
