Maxime Hessel joins the yacht Regine Of Cannes as a stew/deckhand. Passionate about the sea and onboard service, he has developed versatile experience in both the hospitality and yachting industries. Through his background in Parisian brasseries, where he progressed to the position of second chef, he developed strong organizational skills, discipline, and the ability to work efficiently in demanding environments.
Throughout his experience aboard yachts such as MY SAB ONE, Maxime has held various stew/cook/deck positions, allowing him to gain solid knowledge of onboard operations, guest service, interior and exterior maintenance, as well as deck duties. He has also participated in several charters and deliveries between Italy, the French Riviera, and Corsica.
Versatile, discreet, and a strong team player, Maxime adapts quickly to both crew requirements and the expectations of a demanding clientele. Passionate about scuba diving (PADI Level 2), he also brings a genuine maritime culture and a consistently positive and professional attitude on board.

Passionate about cooking and the yachting industry, she has several seasons of experience aboard both private and charter yachts, where she developed excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of service.
Accustomed to demanding environments, Charlene carefully prepares a variety of refined meals for both guests and crew, with particular attention to product quality, presentation, and guests’ preferences. Her onboard experience also gives her a strong understanding of the pace and high standards of life on a yacht.
Rigorous, punctual, and flexible, she is able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional atmosphere on board. Thanks to her excellent team spirit, discretion, and attention to detail, Charlene contributes fully to the comfort and high-end experience of guests throughout their stay.
He is 28 years old and French.
Passionate about the sea since his adolescence, he began practicing nautical sports such as kitesurfing, as well as scuba diving, for which he qualified as a professional instructor at the age of 21.
After completing a French scientific baccalaureate, he started working on boats in 2018. Since then, he has worked in different areas of the yachting industry, including two years as a chief officer and as an engineer, before becoming a captain for the last four years.
From these years of experience, he is pleased to share his knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for this profession with the M/Y Regine of Cannes.
As a captain, he looks forward to using his knowledge of yachting and chartering to create a safe and memorable vacation for all.
