Krzysztof has been involved in the yachting Industry for more than 20 years. During this time he has gained extensive experience on board both charter and private vessels, firstly as deckhand, then first mate and later captain. He spent 6 years on-board the 18m Azimut M/Y MILA and has also worked on larger yachts. Krzysztof loves being onboard REHAB as she has fantastic owners that take great care of her and loves entertaining the amazing guests that come onboard!
These years of experience have allowed Krzysztof to showcase himself as a loyal, hardworking and reliable Captain, he is dedicated in all aspects of his responsibilities, popular with the guests and loves water sports!

Originally from Sweden where she spent time in 5-star luxury lodges, retail and sport, Carolina made a decision to break into yachting in July 2021.
Her skill set transfers easily, and she quickly understood what was needed as she picked up roles on both motor and sailing yachts in and around the Mediterranean.
Carolina describes herself as grounded & focused with a disciplined yet chirpy and bubbly character! She loves to keep fit, has played football nearly all her life and never misses an opportunity to jump in the sea for an open water swim.
