Originally from California, Kate was immersed in water activities from an early age, whether wakeboarding, water skiing, surfing, or snorkeling. These experiences fostered her deep love for the ocean. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Kate ventured into the yachting world.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, exploring new destinations, and spending time outdoors. With a strong background in hospitality and large event coordination, Kate is passionate about creating personalized, memorable charter experience!

Trent was born and raised in Durban, South Africa and the ocean has always been a huge passion in his life. He enjoys surfing and fishing and hanging out at the beach! Before joining yachting in early 2025 he completed a degree in business international supply chain which helped him gain strong technical, organization and problem-solving skills that he can now apply on deck and in the engine room. Trent prides himself in delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest onboard and always has a very upbeat and positive attitude!

Colleen is originally from Philadelphia, PA, and holds a degree in Psychology from Penn State University. After graduation, a spontaneous road trip unexpectedly turned into a sailboat delivery-and despite the chaos of that first offshore experience, it sparked a lifelong love for the ocean. Driven by that passion, she moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career in the maritime industry.
When she’s not working on the water, she can be found still on the water, sailing internationally, kiteboarding, surfing, practicing yoga, or playing guitar.

Originally from Mexico , our chief engineer Alejandro has four years of yachting experience after working on commercial and patrol vessels. Fluent in three languages, he thrives in both technical and cultural environments. A passionate international diver who has been all around the world, his favorite place to visit is Bora Bora - French Polynesia.
He also enjoys playing the guitar and ukulele and has a keen interest in photography. If you ever need any farming tips you can also give Alejandro a call!

Born in New York’s Hudson Valley, Christian discovered his love for cooking at the young age of fourteen while learning alongside his grandparents. His passion led him to Miami, where he apprenticed under Chef Mark Militello, a pioneer of “Floribbean” cuisine. He went on to become Chef de Cuisine at the historic Vanderbilt Mansion and later helped open the acclaimed Gryphon in Miami. In 2003, he transitioned into yachting, further refining his culinary style while traveling the world and developing a deep appreciation for local ingredients. His achievements include leading his team to victory at the 2023 Fuse Yacht Chef Competition.

Jay prides himself on maintaining the highest standards onboard and his goal is to continue expanding his knowledge and eventually progress to Captain.
In Jays spare time he thrives on staying fit and active and enjoys hiking, surfing and diving. Jay loves to travel and is always seeking out new destinations, cultures and challenges to help him grow personally and professionally.

Derek is from Johannesburg, South Africa. After spending 5 years at boarding school, he graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a degree in Psychology. He has always been an avid traveller so working onboard was a natural career path. Derek has spent 14 years onboard yachts and has cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Pacific, East & West Coast USA and the Bahamas. His experience of cruising the Caribbean & Bahamas will ensure all the best anchorages & marinas will be ticked off! Derek is very approachable and enjoys spending time with guests so feel free to stop by the bridge anytime for a chat!

Her journey into hospitality started long before yachting spending seasons in the Balearic Islands and renowned ski resorts, where she worked for a promotions company in fast paced, high-end environments. Since transitioning to yachting Mia has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Indian Ocean & Asia Pacific regions delivering exceptional service in the most sought-after destinations. Mia leads the interior team with a positive spirit and sharp sense of humor creating a relaxed environment onboard and ensuring guests feels cared for and thoroughly indulged throughout their stay.
