Ivan has over 8 years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked as a professional skipper and crewed captain across Croatia, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas, and French Polynesia. He has handled a wide range of yachts, completed multiple deliveries across the Mediterranean, and is fully confident in navigation, operations, and guest service. Ivan is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys high-altitude hiking and weight training, and is also a certified scuba diver (PADI) and licensed drone pilot. With his strong qualifications and hands-on experience, he is highly capable, ambitious, and extremely reliable. In all honesty, he is overqualified for a deckhand position and has clear potential to step into much more senior roles.
