Rian began his culinary career in 2009 in renowned hotels across the Seychelles, including St Anne Beachcomber Resort (now Club Med Seychelles), Constance Ephelia Resort, and Domaine de L'Orangerie Resort and Spa, where he worked as a Sous Chef in a gourmet restaurant. He later gained international experience as a private chef in Bahrain before moving into yachting, cooking aboard catamarans such as RÊVE2MER and the LAGOON 77 MANE ET NOCTE. His cuisine focuses on creative fusion, blending European influences with traditional Creole flavours.

Rian is responsible for all aspects of the galley, including menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and the preparation of high-quality meals tailored to guests’ preferences and dietary requirements. He maintains the highest standards of hygiene and organisation while delivering exceptional culinary experiences on board.

Dynamic and cheerful, with experience serving clients from diverse backgrounds, he is well-versed in the intricacies of a memorable cruise, often anticipating your desires before you voice them. An accomplished fisherman, he oversees leisure activities during the charter, including wakeboarding, paddleboarding, snorkelling, and much more!
Job Description
Andrew is responsible for assisting the captain in navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew, and guests. He always ensures the safe and efficient operation of REVE2MER, including compliance with all procedures and regulations that keep our guests safe. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the catamaran’s policies.

Sarah is an experienced maritime and hospitality professional with a diverse background spanning yacht charters, cruise operations, and marine law enforcement. She spent six years with the Seychelles Marine Police, enforcing maritime regulations, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies, providing her with a strong foundation in safety and vessel operations. She has since built extensive experience as a hostess and boat crew member aboard charter vessels and cruises, working with DREAM YACHT CHARTER, VPM CHARTER, TRADE WINDS CHARTER, SILHOUETTE CRUISE, and HAKUNA MATA, as well as on private and fly-fishing charters. Her experience covers both the inner islands of Seychelles, including Mahé, Praslin, and La Digue, and remote outer islands such as the Aldabra Group and Amirantes, giving her exceptional local cruising knowledge and guest service expertise.
Job Description
As a Hostess, Sarah is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the yacht’s interior, preparing and serving meals and refreshments, assisting with provisioning, and ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their stay. She also supports the crew with day-to-day vessel operations as required, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable onboard environment.
