Hailing from the rugged coastline of North Pembrokeshire, Wales, Ben’s love for the sea began at an early age. His first venture into maritime life was as a crew member for the RNLI, where he honed his skills in seamanship and rescue operations. Over the next five years, he expanded his expertise, teaching kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and climbing while earning a degree from Swansea University.
Determined to turn his passion into a career, Ben entered the yachting industry with the dream of one day becoming a captain. Nearly two decades later, he has not only achieved that goal but has captained luxury yachts up to 50 meters, navigating some of the world’s most breathtaking waters. Along the way, he has been deeply involved in yacht build projects, further cementing his expertise as he works toward becoming aqualified marine surveyor.
With an unparalleled knowledge of the Mediterranean and a dedication to delivering extraordinary experiences, Ben is committed to making every charter unforgettable. Whether exploring hidden coves or cruising iconic coastlines, he ensures every journey is nothing short of exceptional.

Craig was born and raised in Paisley, Scotland where after moving around the UK he returned to settle down and raise his family. After finishing his education he spent a short time in the RAF where he earned his Queens Commission and undertook training as a Weapon Systems Officer.Unfortunately due to changes in the aircraft types this was cut short; however this gave him time to choose a career rather than fall into something. Craig went on to study at Warsash Maritime Academy sponsored by Maersk Shipping and upon completion of his degree in Marine Engineering went on to work on the English channel on large ROPAX ferries where he was lucky enough to gain valuable experience and progress to being 2nd engineer. He entered the world of yachting as Chief Engineer on a support vessel for a large fleet and has since joined RH THREE in March 2026. A family man, he enjoys spending time adventuring and swimming with his children and golf when the opportunity arises.
