Holding a Capitaine 200 license and multiple STCW certifications, he has built his expertise through seasons on private motor yachts along the French Riviera and in Antibes. With a strong background in navigation, mooring operations, and tender handling, Tom is known for his reliability, calm approach, and dedication to smooth deck operations. He also contributes to guest comfort through his welcoming presence and readiness to assist with water sports and onboard service when needed.

Eliott is a dedicated and professional seafarer, currently serving as Second Deckhand aboard M/Y RILASSATA. With a strong background as a deckhand and previous military experience, he brings discipline, a sharp sense of teamwork, and solid technical skills to the crew. Highly adaptable and self-motivated, Eliott is known for his reliability, organizational skills, and hands-on approach to daily operations. He is well-versed in docking and undocking maneuvers, routine maintenance, and maintains a vigilant watch during navigation. Eliott has sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean, including Italy (Portofino, Naples, Capri), Greece, Turkey, and Albania. With over 20 years of maritime experience, Gabriel
now serves as the captain on board RILASSATA. Prior
to this, he captained the renowned yacht Annamia,
where he developed his expertise in long-range
cruising, guest service, and high-standard crew
management.

destinations, including the Mediterranean and other
global waters, bringing a wealth of nautical
knowledge and steady leadership to every voyage.
