Bozhidar Dimitrov is a skilled Second Engineer with a strong commercial maritime background and in-depth knowledge of yacht operations. Having served on board for an extended period, he brings continuity and a clear understanding of the vessel’s systems, ensuring everything runs efficiently and without disruption.
Calm and dependable, Bozhidar works diligently behind the scenes to maintain the highest technical standards. Known for his approachable nature and sense of humour, he contributes to a positive atmosphere on board, putting both crew and guests at ease. Born and raised in Sweden with roots in Trinidad and Tobago, Mathias brings a vibrant, multicultural perspective to the crew. Since entering the yachting industry in 2022, he has worked on yachts ranging from 35m to 120m, as well as with private families in Southampton and New York.
Classically trained in French cuisine, he has a strong appreciation for fresh Mediterranean flavours and takes pride in delivering a considered, high-quality guest experience. Naturally outgoing, Mathias thrives in social environments and brings a positive energy on board. In his free time, he enjoys running, skiing, and exploring restaurants around the world.

Lucy Peters grew up on the Isle of Portland, developing a natural affinity with the sea and a strong connection to maritime life. Inspired by her father’s career, she chose to follow a similar path, bringing a genuine enthusiasm to her role on board.
Before entering yachting, Lucy worked as a travel agent, which shaped her appreciation for different cultures and guest interaction. She has also worked as an archery instructor, reflecting her practical, engaging approach. Warm and personable, Lucy creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel comfortable, well cared for and able to fully enjoy their time on board.

My name is Medalit, but you can call me Lily, and I am your Peruvian Chief Stewardess. I have over four years of experience on charter and private yachts, and I truly enjoy creating a warm, elegant, and personalized experience for every guest.
I love crafting delicious cocktails, and I believe there is always a perfect moment for a great cocktail on board. Each evening, we will also surprise you with a themed party designed to make you feel as if you are living in a dream.
I speak English, Spanish, French, and Italian, and as a yoga teacher, I love bringing calm, balance, and positive energy on board.

Born on a family farm in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro, Manoel Crisanto developed an early respect for fresh ingredients and honest cooking. At 17, he moved to Italy before refining his skills in Paris at the Lenôtre school and in a Michelin-starred kitchen. He later transitioned to yachting, building experience on vessels up to 96m.
Chef Manoel brings a global perspective, shaped by travel to over 70 countries and fluency in five languages. His style centres on refined, farm-to-table menus using the best local produce, supported by a strong understanding of wine pairings. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he brings discipline and focus to both galley and guest experience, with the option to offer private training on board.

Raised in Sydney, Ian Gage developed a deep connection to the ocean from an early age, shaped by a lifestyle centred on surfing and coastal exploration. His maritime career began in 1996 aboard passenger ferries in North Queensland, building a strong foundation in seamanship before transitioning into yachting.
With nearly three decades of experience, Ian has operated a wide range of vessels up to 80m, leading programmes across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Asia-Pacific. His expertise spans diving, game fishing and remote cruising. Calm, experienced and highly capable, he is committed to safe, well-run operations and delivering a considered, guest-focused experience on board.
