Captain Karen Holtan’s Oregon small farm upbringing combined with her love of travel, watersports, and Jacques Cousteau led her to eventually become a scuba diving instructor. After years of working her way up to Captain on week-long scuba charter vessels, she transferred to charter and private yachts over 16 years ago. Captain Karen has lead luxury charters from Croatia to Canada to the Caribbean and now looks forward to bringing her adventurous spirit to the Pacific Ocean and beyond.

Growing up on the island of Ischia in a family of chefs, Vincenzo was immersed in cooking & hospitality from an early age. At 19, he moved to London with eagerness to gain new experiences. He studied wine and became a sommelier & worked in the city’s top fine dining restaurants. Before joining the world of yachting, he worked in and took over his family’s restaurant managing all aspects of the business ensuring it’s success.

Somewhat of a global nomad, Andrew was born and raised in Durban, South Africa where he gained his love of the ocean. He lived in the UK for 17 years, where he gained an architectural degree, worked in the architectural industry until the call of the ocean brought him to yachting in 2009. He has a love for the great outdoors and spends his free time in the mountains hiking, exploring and golfing. Photography and videography go hand in hand with his passion for new and exotic places.

Josh grew up in Durban, South Africa where he went to agricultural school before starting his career in the yachting industry. Josh loves being outdoors and being involved in all aspects of the ocean especially fishing, diving, surfing, wakeboarding, and spearfishing. Travel is also a big passion for him and after years in the yachting industry he has travelled over 20 countries around the world. Josh always brings happiness and smiles whether it may be guests or crew around, and is a vibrant member onboard. He is always looking forward to cultivating exciting experiences and he never fails to ensure guests have a fun filled time wherever we may be.

Born and raised in Lecherias, Venezuela, Ehison's maritime journey began at naval high school, where his fascination with the sea and engineering flourished. Graduating from the Maritime University of the Caribbean as a Marine Facilities Engineer, he embarked on a career in the merchant navy, specializing as an engineer officer in the oil shipping industry from 2014 until 2019 when he shifted his focus to the yachting industry. He also has a master's degree in Vessel Inspections. Beyond his career, Ehison is happily married and a proud father of two children. His family motivates him to achieve new milestones in both his personal and professional life.

Michelle was Born and raised in Cape Town South Africa, where she grew up surrounded by the most beautiful mountains and coastal scenery. At 17 years old, Michelle and her family moved to Panama in Central America, where she competed the rest of her academics. While living in tropical Panama, her love for the ocean grew even deeper. Her interest in living abroad and near the ocean eventually lead her to the world of yachting where she is now forming her new career in this industry. Michelle enjoys running and exploring new places. Philanthropy, volunteer work, and charity have always been something near and dear to her heart as she desires to keep seeing the goodness in humanity.

Justine is from a small coastal town in South Africa called Uvongo. She is deeply proud of her country in heart and spirit, but equally happy to be travelling and working abroad. As one of five siblings, the values of family, connection, laughter, and traditions that bring people together, are very important to her. The beach is her happy place where she always has room for joy and good memories. This is Justine’s second yacht; she has worked in the Mediterranean and has years of hotel hospitality experience from South Africa and Dubai that she is excited to translate into yachting.

Amber grew up in Durban, South Africa. She comes from a family of 5 and is the eldest of three sisters. As a family they grew up enjoying outdoor adventures and surfing from a young age. On the contrast of growing up a bit of a tomboy, Amber was a ballerina & professional dancer for many years. Amber also gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications before she started her yachting journey in 2018. Being a part of this industry has allowed her to fuel her passion for working with different cultures and teaching people to become the best version of themselves. It has also taken her to so many places she only once dreamed of going. Amber is determined to achieve her goals and help others do the same, setting the standards high and leading by example.

Luke Kelly is from Durban, South Africa, where his deep connection to the ocean began at a young age. Growing up surrounded by marine life, he developed a strong passion for the sea that led him into professional sport fishing, gaining valuable hands-on experience in some of the world’s most scenic waters. His background has given him a solid foundation in marine knowledge, seamanship, and working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Now working within the yachting industry, Luke brings a hardworking, positive attitude and a willingness to learn, always striving to improve his skills and contribute wherever needed onboard. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, with a particular interest in golf and spending time outdoors, reflecting his energetic lifestyle and love for life on the water.
