Dario began his maritime journey by training as a Marine Engineering Technician for four years, followed by earning a degree from the Faculty of Marine Engineering in Split. After completing Maritime college, he embarked on a career in the Merchant Navy before transitioning to yachting in 2011.
Over the past 15 years, Dario has overseen numerous new build projects, refits, and surveys for both charter and private yachts, demonstrating his expertise in managing engine rooms for vessels ranging from 30m to 60m. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, Dario has sailed all over the world, including the Caribbean Sea, the Mediterranean, the Red Sea, Dubai, and the Indian Ocean Always smiling with a positive attitude, he is a valuable member of our team. In his free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family, especially his three children.

The first thing you notice about Lubos is his boundless energy. Always on the move, a positive and energetic individual with a profound passion for water sports, which he enjoys sharing with guests He particularly enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, football, and hiking to explore new locations.
Since 2022, Lubos has been gaining valuable experience as a deckhand and tender driver on superyachts ranging from 25m to 60m. His ultimate goal is to become a captain of his own vessel. To that end, he loves challenging himself and learning new skills.
Lubos is always ready and able to lend a hand wherever required. His dedication to ensuring a safe and fun experience with the toys and tender rides makes him a fantastic addition to any crew. His enthusiasm and commitment to excellence ensure that you and your guests will have an unforgettable time on board.

Originally from Milan, born in 1977, Andrea is an experienced chef with over 25 years as a culinary professional. After completing a 5-year diploma in catering and hospitality, back in 1996, he then moved to London and establish his career working through the ranks at some of the city’s finest hotels and Michelin star restaurants. Entering the luxury yachting industry in 2013, he has seized the opportunity to travel and discover local ingredients and products. With these he enjoys creating magic for guests by combining tastes and culinary influences. Andrea loves the sea and has a passion for yachting, fishing and travelling as well as spending time with his family and children.

Veljko, our dedicated Engineer was born in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and graduated from the Faculty of Marine Engineering in Kotor, Montenegro. He started his career in 2012 working on commercial vessels. After gaining valuable experience in the industry, he transitioned to the yachting world in 2017 and has been working as a Chief Engineer ever since.
Over the years, Veljko has had the opportunity to work on some incredible yachts, including VIKING III, PREFERENCE 19, MILLÉSIME, and GRAND RUSALINA. Each vessel has been a unique experience, allowing him to grow professionally and work alongside amazing teams.
Outside of work, Veljko is passionate about winter sports, with skiing being his favourite. He also enjoys staying active in the gym, reading books, watching movies, and always trying to learn something new—especially from people who are smarter than him.

Feruccio was born in Mali Losinj, a picturesque island in Croatia, where he naturally grew up with a love for the sea and water sports. He used to be a professional water-skiing athlete, before finding his way into yachting. With his extensive maritime experience and a Master 500gt ticket, Feruccio takes immense pride in his role.
Feruccio is dedicated to providing the best on-board experience for guests. He enjoys taking them to amazing ports and beautiful anchorages, always on the lookout for magical, off-the-beaten-path spots with MY R.M.F. II. His local knowledge and experience ensure that every journey is memorable.
In his free time, Feruccio loves to stay active by surfing and mountain biking. His passion for the sea and dedication to his role make him an invaluable member of the crew, literally going that extra mile to create unforgettable experiences for all on board.

With a background in civil engineering and a passion for the ocean, Graydon brings a unique mix of technical expertise and adventurous spirit to the team. After completing his degree in Civil Engineering at the Durban University of Technology, he spent seven years working in the industry before following his heart toward a life at sea.
Graydon has been in yachting for the past 4 years, driven by his love for travel, the ocean, and active living. Whether it’s kiteboarding, surfing, or any water sport thrown his way, he’s always up for the challenge. His energetic personality, can-do attitude, and great sense of humour make him a valued crew member both on and off the water.
When he’s not keeping things ships shape ,or assisting in engineering duties, you’ll find him outdoors, staying active, and sharing a laugh with crew and guests alike.

Linnea is a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess with 4 years of experience in the yachting industry, continuously striving to perfect the art of 7-star hospitality. With a fiercely positive outlook and a deep passion for exceptional service, she ensures every guest experience is seamless and memorable.
As a qualified barista, Linnea is always ready to craft your favourite coffee, and with her extensive wine knowledge, she’s happy to assist with the perfect pairing for any meal. You’ll always find her with a smile on her face and an eye for the little details that make all the difference.
Creativity is at the heart of what she does, whether it’s designing stunning table settings or working on a new sewing or crochet project. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and spending quality time with loved ones, exploring new restaurants, playing board games, and simply making the most of every moment.

Growing up on the Isle of Wight, situated opposite the busiest waterway in the world, it's no surprise that Mark developed a deep affinity for sailing from a young age. This early passion laid the groundwork for his eventual career as a highly dedicated and seasoned motor yacht Captain. With over 30 years of navigating yachts across the globe, both in private and charter capacities, Mark brings a wealth of invaluable experience to his role.
He thrives on challenges and the rewards that accompany the yachting lifestyle, consistently committing himself fully to every task he undertakes. Mark's dedication to maritime service extends beyond his professional pursuits; he served as a volunteer crewmember for the Yarmouth Isle of Wight Lifeboat for an impressive 15 years, earning recognition with the RNLI Silver Medal Service Certificate.
Always active, Mark holds an instructor's license in Akido, boasting a Black Belt 2nd Dan. He finds joy in maintaining his fitness through activities like running, coastal exploration, and various watersports. With Mark at the helm, you can rest assured that you're in exceptionally capable hands, as he places your comfort and safety at the forefront of his priorities.

Andrew is our confident and approachable Chief Officer who has a strong background in deck operations and guest-focused service. Originally from South Africa, he spent over 15 years working as a professional lifeguard before entering the yachting industry, a career shift that naturally built on his love of the ocean and strong sense of responsibility. Guest will find him calm, safety-conscious and happy working with families.
Andrew has gained extensive experience on large yachts, on both charter and private programmes, major yard periods, surveys, and international boat shows. With solid watchkeeping experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a positive attitude, Andrew plays ensures a smooth trip and a relaxed, enjoyable experience for guests.

Ariella, born and raised in sunny Durban, South Africa. Over the past year she had the pleasure of working in the yachting industry and discovering just how much she thrives on teamwork and making new connections.
Before this adventure, she spent her early career in hospitality, where she made friends around every corner.
When she’s off duty, you’ll usually find her soaking up the sun on the beach. On quieter days she loves nothing more than curling up to binge-watch a good series.
Above all, her world revolves around authenticity, honesty, and fierce loyalty—to her family, friends, and crew alike. And yes, she always finds time for fun!
