Teo Vukusic is an experienced yacht captain from Rijeka with more than 20 years in the yachting industry. Over the course of his career, he has built extensive experience aboard both private and charter yachts, managing operations with professionalism, leadership, and a strong commitment to guest service and safety.

For the past three years, Teo has served as Captain aboard M/Y Rose Dor, overseeing all aspects of vessel management, navigation, crew coordination, and guest experience. Prior to this role, he gained valuable experience aboard prestigious yachts including M/Y Seagull MRD, a 50m Benetti yacht, and M/Y Lady MRD, a 40m Benetti, along with numerous other private and charter vessels throughout his maritime career.

Known for his calm leadership style, technical knowledge, and dedication to high standards of service, Teo brings decades of hands-on expertise and a passion for life at sea.

Izidor is a dedicated and ambitious maritime professional currently serving as Second Officer, bringing strong navigation and deck operation expertise gained aboard large yachts and commercial vessels. With experience on both charter and worldwide cruising programs, including M/Y Christina O (100m) and M/Y Blue Shadow (67m), he combines leadership skills with hands-on operational knowledge. Izidor is passionate about delivering safe and seamless guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards onboard.

His experience spans private and charter yachts, along with worldwide cruising across the Mediterranean, Adriatic, Middle East, and Asia. Professional, approachable, and highly organized, Dragan is dedicated to delivering a seamless and safe experience for guests and crew alike.

Matko Brkljača is an experienced Deckhand and Chase Boat Captain with over eight years in the maritime industry, including experience on private and charter superyachts “H”, Black Swan, Lady Lena. Currently onboard M/Y Rose d’Or, he specializes in tender operations, watersports management, guest services, crane operations, and yacht maintenance. Matko is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hands-on approach, bringing reliability and professionalism to every aspect of onboard operations.

With a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences, he combines classical French and Italian training with expertise in Mediterranean, sushi, Japanese, Arabic, Lebanese, and Kosher cuisine. Having previously managed high-end charter operations and catered bespoke guest experiences, beach events, and onboard celebrations, Velimir has a natural ability to tailor menus to each guest’s preferences and dietary requirements. His creativity, attention to detail, and calm, personable approach ensure every dining experience onboard is memorable and delivered to the highest standards.

Passionate about life at sea, Tonći is known for his practical skills, reliability, and dedication to ensuring smooth onboard operations and an exceptional guest experience.
