Halil, born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, has over 19 years of experience in the maritime industry working as an engineer on merchant marine ships and sailing worldwide. With his extensive expertise, he now serves the yachting industry, ensuring impeccable maintenance of the Engine Room machinery and other areas aboard S7 to create unforgettable experiences for guests. Aside from his engineering skills, Halil is also a talented draftsman and painter, pursuing oil painting as a hobby.

Ramazan was born and raised on the Bosporus in Istanbul, Turkey.With 14 years in the maritime industry, he started as a Machine Cadet and completed his internship in commercial shipping where he went onto serve as an Engineer for 8 years. He has spent the last 6 years in the yachting industry, armed with a hands-on approach, rigorous maintenance schedule, and a wealth of knowledge. Ramazan keeps a positive attitude, immaculate Engine Room and is a true problem solver.

getting stuck into the practical side of the role and has achieved his RYA
Yachtmaster Offshore (200GT). Guests will find Robin genuinely happy to
help, with a team-first attitude that’s appreciated by everyone on board.

Originally form south-Africa, outside of work, she enjoys music, live shows, baking, staying active and spending time outdoors. Classically French trained, he has built a strong reputation for creating bold, flavour-driven dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with a particular passion for seafood and locally sourced produce. His time working with the renowned Severn & Wye Smokery further developed his love for quality fish preparation and refined yet approachable dining.
Having recently completed successful rotations on a research vessel in Asia, Ellis discovered a real passion for life at sea and the fast-paced, guest-focused nature of yachting. Calm, creative, and highly organised in the galley, he enjoys tailoring menus to suit the style of each trip, whether that’s relaxed family-style lunches or elevated fine dining experiences. Away from the kitchen, Ellis enjoys fishing and spending time on the golf course, interests that reflect his love for the outdoors and fresh ingredients. Originally from Ukraine, Roman is an experienced, energetic First Mate with
over a decade in yachting, working across private and charter programmes
up to 60m. He’s a capable all-rounder who always stays calm, positive and
easy to work with. Roman loves working with guests, especially where the charter is centred around time on the water. Alongside solid deck leadership, he brings strong water sports know, including kitesurfing, wakeboarding, paddleboarding,
swimming and diving as well as being as an experienced tender driver.
Roman is also a qualified gym instructor, making him an ideal asset for
active guests who want guidance, structure, and safe supervision.

Joselyn is a South African Chief Stewardess with over four years of experience in the yachting industry, having worked aboard both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. With a background in Hospitality Management and experience in luxury trains, boutique hotels, spas, and game lodges, she brings a polished yet approachable style of service to life on board.
Having recently completed the IAMI G.U.E.S.T Yacht Purser Programme, she hopes to continue developing toward a Purser role in the coming years.
Much of Joselyn’s early life was shaped by competitive swimming and ballet, and these instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and dedication. Friendly, adaptable, and quietly driven, Joselyn takes pride in delivering a seamless and welcoming onboard experience.
