With more than three decades of experience at sea, Captain Gaspare Mattera is a highly accomplished yacht captain whose career reflects a lifelong dedication to excellence in the maritime industry.

Born on the island of Ischia, one of Italy’s most renowned yachting destinations, Captain Gaspare developed a natural affinity with the sea from an early age. Over the years, he has commanded an impressive fleet of luxury motor yachts, including prestigious Sanlorenzo, Mangusta, Pershing, Leopard and Baglietto models, earning a reputation for professionalism, reliability and exceptional seamanship.

His extensive technical expertise covers all major propulsion systems, including shaft drives, Arneson surface drives, waterjets and Azipods, enabling him to confidently operate a wide variety of yacht configurations. Combined with his comprehensive knowledge of navigation, yacht management and international maritime regulations, this ensures safe and efficient operations at all times.

Alessandro Catuogno is a motivated and dedicated young maritime professional from Naples, Italy, with a strong passion for the sea and a solid foundation in deck operations. Having graduated from the Nautical Institute in Viareggio in 2025, he has already gained practical experience aboard several prestigious superyachts, including M/Y Lady S (93m Feadship), M/Y Solemates (55m Heesen), and M/Y B3 (57m Damen).

Throughout his yachting experience, Alessandro has demonstrated a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of vessel presentation and safety. His responsibilities have included washdowns, teak maintenance, polishing, pool cleaning, engine room support, lookout duties during navigation, and tender operations under supervision.

Holding STCW certifications, Powerboat Level 2, and a valid B1/B2 visa, Alessandro combines technical competence with a professional and positive approach to teamwork. Fluent in Italian and possessing a good working knowledge of English, he integrates well within multicultural crew environments and is eager to continue developing his career within the superyacht industry.

Antonio is a passionate and dedicated Chef with extensive experience across both the hospitality and maritime sectors. Born in 1996 and based in the Naples area, he has developed a strong culinary background through work in renowned restaurants, luxury hospitality venues, passenger ships, and private yachts.

Antonio specializes in traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with particular expertise in Neapolitan culinary traditions. His professional journey has allowed him to refine his skills in food preparation, menu planning, ingredient selection, and high-quality food presentation, always maintaining exceptional standards even in demanding and fast-paced environments.

His career includes positions as Chef aboard passenger vessels operated by GNV and Tirrenia, as well as Chef aboard luxury sailing and motor yachts, where he successfully catered to the expectations of discerning international guests. He has also gained valuable experience in prestigious restaurants and hospitality establishments in Naples, Capri, Sorrento, and Ercolano.

Antonio holds a degree in Food Science and a Hospitality Diploma from the I.P.S.E.O.A. “De Gennaro”, providing him with a solid academic foundation alongside his practical culinary expertise.
