Federica Salmeri is an experienced and dedicated stewardess with over 12 years of expertise in the luxury yachting industry. Throughout her career aboard both private and charter yachts, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her extensive background includes positions as Sole Chief Stewardess and Stewardess on yachts ranging from 24 to 45 meters. Federica has developed solid expertise in guest relations, housekeeping, laundry management, table service, galley organization, and assisting during mooring operations. She is highly adaptable and capable of maintaining outstanding service standards even in high-pressure environments.

Recognized for her positive attitude, organizational skills, and strong work ethic, Federica is a reliable team player who contributes to creating a welcoming and refined onboard atmosphere. Her calm demeanor, resistance to stress, and problem-solving abilities allow her to efficiently manage daily operations while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.

Emanuel Bevilacqua is a maritime professional with hands-on experience in both commercial shipping and the yachting/charter sector. He has worked as a Skipper with Yacht Charter Companies, supporting berthing/un-berthing operations, carrying out routine engine checks and general onboard maintenance, ensuring cleanliness standards, and assisting guests throughout their time on board.

He also gained structured merchant-vessel experience as a Deck Cadet with Grimaldi Euromed on Ro/Ro vessels, supporting cargo loading/unloading operations, standing bridge watches (day and night) during Mediterranean and ocean passages, and performing maintenance and inspections of individual and collective life-saving appliances, including monthly checks of lifeboats. He assisted senior officers with ECDIS and chart/publication updates, port entry documentation, and stability-related activities while in port.

Emanuel holds STCW basic and advanced training, a Nautical License valid up to 12 nautical miles, and a First Category Seafarer’s Book. He is Italian mother tongue, with good English. He is recognized for strong teamwork attitude and reliability.

Stefano is a highly qualified Captain with 24 years of proven experience in the maritime industry. Born in Naples, he naturally developed a strong connection with the sea and was soon drawn to the yachting sector. After obtaining his Nautical Degree, Stefano began his yachting career in 2002 and has since gained extensive, hands-on experience across a wide range of onboard roles, building a solid understanding of yacht operations and crew dynamics.

With excellent organisational skills and strong yacht management expertise, Stefano is proactive, reliable and calm under pressure, approaching high-responsibility situations with perseverance and a strong sense of duty. In addition to his command skills, he is also an accomplished Chef with a culinary background rooted in Italian cuisine, particularly seafood, with a consistent focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Stefano holds an Unlimited Nautical Licence for sail and motor vessels, the Yachtmaster Offshore 500 GT, and is registered in the First Category of Seafarers as a Deck Cadet. Italian is his mother tongue and he has a good knowledge of English.

Nelly Sugeily Lake is an experienced Chef with a solid background in both private and charter yachting, as well as prior experience with Costa Cruise. Over the years, she has covered key onboard roles ranging from cook to chief stewardess, and more recently as chef on a variety of motor yachts and sailing yachts. Known for her reliability, adaptability and strong communication skills, Nelly thrives in multicultural environments and performs effectively under pressure, maintaining a calm, service-oriented mindset at all times. She is fluent in Spanish (mother tongue), Italian, English and Portuguese.
