Born in Fréjus, in the south of France, Maxim grew up surrounded by the flavors and scents of the Mediterranean. At the age of 22, he decided to pursue his dream and embark on learning culinary skills in brasserie cuisine. Upon arriving in Paris, Maxim joined a dynamic and demanding brigade where he acquired the solid foundations of the profession. Then, he had the opportunity to work in several restaurants in the capital, honing his techniques and sharpening his sense of taste over 5 years. Today, at 33, Maxim is a fulfilled cook and proud of his career. He is driven by a passion for cooking and the pleasure of sharing gourmet moments with others. It is obviously quite natural, due to his Mediterranean roots, that he perpetuates his passion on the French Riviera aboard SABONE.

Guillaume has been working on the yachts industry for 5 years where he gained all the experience to provide his clients great holidays onboard. Guillaume is a diligent and meticulous worker, eager to do the best to satisfy any demand. Guillaume has a passion, for cinema, literature and music, he is also sporty and likes watre sports, running, skiing and rugby.
