His background in mathematics fuels his interest in horology and sits quietly alongside his love for adventure, giving him a thoughtful, considered way of approaching challenges.
When he’s not in the water, you’ll likely find him climbing, playing chess, or spending time with loved ones and his dog.

Known as Kike, Aurelio brings a mix of cultures and experiences shaped across Venezuela, Canada and Europe.
His career includes roles on Ocean Dreamwalker III (48m), Monaco (39m), Blue Star (47m), and Rhino (50m), progressing through to Chief Mate and Bosun positions
Languages, people, and new places are his forte, and he leans into each experience with an open mind. Whether on deck or exploring ashore, Kike keeps things light, adaptable, and he’s always ready for the next adventure.

Annie grew up on Australia’s south coast, where life naturally revolved around the ocean. Yachting allows her to combine her passion for the great outdoors and people. Her experience includes OneWorld (35m), Redemption (72m), and Next Chapter (55m), progressing from Second Stewardess to Chief Stewardess.
She enjoys creating an atmosphere on board that feels both polished and relaxed, where guests can fully unwind. Annie has a natural way with people – quick to laugh, easy to talk to, and always tuned in to what’s needed without it feeling forced.
When she’s not working, you’ll find Annie outdoors whenever possible, whether that’s hiking, running, or diving. Humorous by nature, she loves cracking a joke and will always go the extra mile to provide a great guest experience.

Originally from Byron Bay, Marina has spent years travelling and working across yachts such as Sapphire (50m), Royale X (50m), Platinum (50m), and OneWorld (32m).
She brings a warm, attentive approach to service, shaped by her love of both the ocean and meeting new people. Marina enjoys the detail in her role – creating spaces and experiences that feel thoughtful without being overdone.
She’s naturally active and curious, often spending her time off snorkelling, snowboarding, hiking, or exploring somewhere new. On board, she creates a welcoming environment that feels easy and genuine.

Born in Perth, Australia, Jazmin brings a calm, easygoing presence to the interior team. Her previous experience aboard Platinum (40m) has given her a solid understanding of guest service within a private setting, where attention to detail and discretion are key.
She has been aboard Salt for two years now and knows her inside-out. She enjoys creating a relaxed atmosphere on board, making sure guests feel comfortable without anything ever feeling overdone.
Jazmin naturally connects with people and values the social side of yachting, while maintaining a professional and steady approach to her work. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places and catching up with friends.

Jazmin Dawkins
Stewardess
Polish born and living in Ireland for the last 25 years, Konrad brings over two decades of culinary experience, shaped by a journey travelling through European kitchens before finding his place at sea. His yachting career includes roles on Quaranta (40m), SY Christopher (45m), Celtic Explorer (75m), Z (65m), and Nexus (45m), where he has worked as both Sole and Head Chef – as well as positions in respected shoreside restaurants.
His culinary style reflects his respect for quality ingredients (GMO free, no preservatives and no pesticides), with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce. Konrad enjoys sourcing locally wherever possible and creating dishes that feel both refined and approachable.
Outside the galley, he keeps active through cycling, diving, and fishing – interests that naturally complement his connection to the sea.

Alin is a chef who values precision without overcomplicating things, bringing a calm and organised presence into the galley. Passionate about international cuisine, his cooking is influenced by a mix of French, Mediterranean, and Asian styles, with a focus on clean flavours and thoughtful, modern plating.
He enjoys working with quality ingredients and letting them speak for themselves, rather than overworking a dish. This approach has been refined through his time on board a range of yachts, including M/Y Best Off (33m) where he worked as Sole Chef in a busy charter environment, as well as M/Y Queen Miri (93m) and M/Y Sophia (97m) as 3rd Chef, and M/Y Laurentia (57m) as Sous Chef.
Life in the kitchen can be fast-paced, but Alin keeps things steady, maintaining consistency even under pressure. Outside of work, he finds balance through snowboarding and kayaking, often drawing inspiration from his travels and time spent outdoors.

Edgar’s career spans decades and oceans, with time spent aboard Invictus (66m), Lady S (93m), Rocinante (78m), and Vibrant Curiosity (85m).
Coming from a family of seafarers, engineering feels less like a job and more like a continuation of tradition. He brings quiet confidence to his role, ensuring everything runs as it should without fuss. Having crossed both the Atlantic and Pacific multiple times, he’s seen just about every condition the sea can offer.
When he steps away from the engine room, Edgar enjoys a slower pace, travelling by campervan or spending time tending to his olive grove in Spain.

Originally from the island of Capri, Toni has worked in the yachting industry since 2005. As a skilled Second Engineer, he has served on both private and top-performing charter yachts.
His experience includes M/Y Astrid Conroy (58m, private), M/Y Honor (73m, private), M/Y Ocean Paradise (55m, charter), and M/Y St David (60m, charter), where he held the position of Second Engineer.
He has also been involved in new build projects, giving him a deeper understanding of systems from the ground up. Toni enjoys the problem-solving side of engineering and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Away from the yacht, Toni values time with family and friends, keeping life simple and grounded. His relaxed nature and experience make him a reliable and steady presence within the engine room.

Antonio Apicella (rotational)
Engineer
Jay grew up surrounded by shipbuilding history and maritime prowess in Newcastle upon Tyne, which naturally led him toward a career in engineering.
He began his nautical career working as an engineer for a subsea engineering and construction company before joining yachting, where he wished to fine tune his skills in engineering working with the world’s best machinery, predominantly cruising the Mediterranean. His experience includes positions on; Arbema (72m), Queen Miri (92m), and Njoy (72m), where he developed a strong technical foundation and attention to detail.
Jay enjoys working with complex systems and keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes. Outside of work, Jay keeps active with mixed martial arts and rock climbing, or slows things down with music – he’s rarely far from his guitar.
