Luxury yacht SCORPIOS is a 52m (170'7") sailing yacht and part of a new generation of motor sailers in the Eastern Mediterranean. Launched in 2023 to a design by yacht builder Tramontana, she looks set to gain a place as one of the premium sailing yachts in the area by the summer season. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in six cabins, with a crew of 10 also on board.EXTERIOR As you board at the stern the spotless teak decking and imposing superstructure stretch out ahead. The stern swim platform is extended to allow guests to sit water-side and for crew to supervise use of the water toys. Steps lead up to the main deck aft dining area, whihc is shaded by the flybridge overhang. This offers a sheltered dining area with a table setting for 12 plus a lounge with plush sofas and occasional chairs.Wide steps with inset lighting lead up to the simply stunning sun deck on the flybridge which makes the most of the sunshine. The deck is truly an entertainer’s paradise carefully zoned with a stylish selection of furniture. As guests ascend, they will be greeted by a luxury spa area surrounded on one side by a gentle arc of sun pads and on the other by a raised bar with stools. A selection of wide sun pads and low modular sofas span full beam in the midships lounge zone which leads on to another 12-seater table setting. Forward is a full wet bar with surrounding stools and glass balustrades all around the deck give 360° views.INTERIOR The main salon is accessible from the main deck aft and is a beautiful as any luxury designed home. The herringbone woodblock flooring, neutral contemporary soft furnishings and huge windows make the space a haven from the sun but certainly not away from light. A small open lobby leads into the bar and lounge space, while the more formal 12-seater dining setting fills the forward area of the salon. A fold-out balcony to port offers a lovely peaceful spot overhanging the water.GUEST COMMENTS “We had a fantastic time! The yacht was amazing, the crew was amazing and the country was amazing.
