Tilly was born and raised in England and moved to the South of France in 2024 to pursue her yachting career. She is now going into her third season in the Mediterranean.
She enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and is happy to help wherever she can. She has a creative side which she enjoys bringing to her work onboard.
Outside of her interior role, Tilly enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time on the water.

This is James’ 15th season in yacht charter and he has learnt much from his experiences and has a keen eye for detail, which is a good attribute to have within the industry. He began his career on the water on board the well-known yacht, M/Y Lionheart as deckhand where he instantly found a passion and drive to want to make yachting his full time career. He progressed his career through the ranks, broadening his experience along the way. This is James’ sixth season onboard Sea BlueZ and he will ensure that everything runs smoothly for an enjoyable charter.

Elisse is an experienced Stewardess with a strong background in hospitality. Drawn to the yachting industry by her love for the ocean, travel, and the dynamic lifestyle at sea, she enjoys the ever-changing nature of working onboard.
Originally from Scotland, she has a natural connection to the outdoors and a passion for ocean-based activities such as snorkelling and freediving.
Elisse is known for her professionalism, strong organisational skills, and keen attention to detail, ensuring a seamless charter. With a creative flair, she takes pride in designing elegant tablescapes and delivering memorable themed events, consistently aiming to elevate the onboard guest experience.

Tom was born in Essex in the Uk and has always loved being in and around the water, leading to a maritime career starting as a diving instructor in Australia and eventually leading to yachting.
With a background in hospitality, Tom brings a varied skill set and a high energy to the deck, always ready to provide a fantastic guest experience

Eugene was born in Cebu, Philippines. He studied a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation at Cebu, Polytechnic College. After graduating he worked as an Apprentice Mate on a cargo ship and as a Quarter Master on fast craft for many years before moving to France in 2004 to pursue a career in yachting. He has worked on many different yachts learning a wide range of technical and hospitality skills. Eugene is also a very talented musician who can play various kinds of musical instruments.

Philip began his engineering career in the aviation industry, working on aircraft for British Airways before moving into yachting. With over 30 years of experience as a yacht engineer, he has worked on vessels ranging from 35m to 60m.
His experience spans new builds, refits, and more than 20 years of chartering in the Mediterranean, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to support a successful and enjoyable guest experience. He is a very meticulous engineer, who enjoys problem solving and keeping his engine room immaculate, making sure the vessel operates safely and smoothly at all times.
Based in the South of France with his family, Philip enjoys skiing during the winter months and spending time on his own motorboat, reflecting his long-standing connection to life on the sea.

Chef Tsvetan was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. Following the completion of his studies at the Sofia Professional High School of Tourism he studied culinary arts and trained at Restaurant Skyline in Manheim, Bratislava. After completing his culinary training Tsvetan worked for 10 years in fine dining restaurants throughout Sofia.
This is his 5th season on superyachts having worked on Carpe Diem, M/Y Maria Theresa and S/Y Signature Vision.
Tsvetan loves creating exceptional dishes and looks forward to spoiling his charter guests, offering the very highest standards for their holiday. He loves international cuisine, using various cooking styles.
In his free time, he likes to visit new places, discovering new landscapes, flavors, colors and cultures

Robert was born in 1964, a family man and father of two sons, living in the South of France after relocating from the UK for a different life style. A professional & competent mariner with many years of seafaring experience, he became Master certified in 2002 after working many years as supporting crew/officer to some of the industry’s leading captains. Robert has extensive knowledge & experience of the Mediterranean Sea as well as other locations around the world. Prior to Sea BlueZ he worked as Junior Captain on a large explorer yacht with busy helicopter operations. Robert holds interests in both Maritime and Aviation activities.
