Now with many miles at sea completing numerous ocean passages, with cruising experience around the Med, the US, Maldives and Caribbean. A passion for maintaining the many systems and machinery, keeping the vessel operational and the experience alive.

Originally from the south of France, I offer an elegant and sun-inspired culinary experience onboard, deeply influenced by the Mediterranean, seasonal produce, and the art of Southern living. My journey through gastronomy, culinary trades, and various international influences—particularly Thai cuisine—has allowed me to develop a refined, creative cuisine full of character.
Each dish is designed as a sensory experience where taste, presentation, and emotion come together, showcasing carefully selected ingredients and authentic flavors. My approach to service is centered on attention to detail and personalization, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exclusive and memorable experience.
I am also passionate about mixology, with experience in cocktail bars, and enjoy creating signature cocktails with bold and sophisticated flavor pairings, designed to perfectly complement every moment onboard.

These years have allowed me to acquire a relationship and a meticulous sense of detail with my clients. I could better satisfy the request of our guests on board the ship.
