Jeff is from the United States and began his maritime journey in the U.S. Navy’s Submarine Force, where he developed a strong foundation in navigation, engineering, and shipboard operations. With over 30 years of experience in the yachting industry, he has captained both private and charter yachts throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, U.S. East Coast, Mediterranean, Northern Europe, and the Pacific Northwest.
He has also overseen several major new builds and refits, including projects at Nobiskrug, Amels, and Royal Denship - one of which was nominated for “Refit of the Year” by the Superyacht Society. Jeff holds MCA and U.S. Master 1600 licenses, is a certified Chief Engineer, accredited marine surveyor, ISM/ISPS auditor, and FAA-certified helicopter pilot.
Known for his calm leadership and attention to detail, Jeff brings a safety-first mindset and a strong focus on guest experience to every charter. In his free time, he enjoys martial arts, traveling, and staying active outdoors.

Josh was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. His love for the water started from growing up on the Great Lakes. Joining the volunteer fire department in his home town and the subsequent ice and water rescue team really built a strong drive for safety. When the yachting world brought him to South Florida, he strengthened his love of the water by getting into scuba diving. On his first yacht in the industry, he was able to very quickly progress to the role of Captain through his hard work, dedication and commitment to learning. Now years later he still love the challenges and problem solving involved in working with a professional a team. For the last 10 years he has traveled extensively along the East Coast of the USA, Bahamas and the Caribbean. In his spare time Josh enjoys diving, camping, biking.

With a Chief Mate Unlimited license and over five years of experience in commercial and private vessels, Benjamin brings exceptional seamanship, safety awareness, and leadership to the deck team. He served as Chief Officer for Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement before transitioning into yachting, where he has worked on both private and charter yachts including the 49m M/Y Vibrance and 27m M/Y Princess Ashita. Skilled in tender driving, varnishing, washdowns, and bridge watchkeeping, Benjamin is adaptable, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering smooth, secure operations.

Crystal is originally from the west coast of South Africa and grew up extremely close to the ocean. She brings an exciting background of hospitality and brand management experience to Sea Class. Before joining the yachting industry in 2022, Crystal worked with various clothing and wine companies as well as bartending and waitressing with experience ranging from bistro style to 5 star services. Crystal has always had a deep desire to travel and has spent a lot of time traveling around Asia where she taught english for 3 years. In her spare time she loves anything thrill seeking & being outdoors - hiking and keeping fit!

Chef Pascal Natier is a culinary expert with over 15 years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and private catering. After earning a BA in Geography from the University of Birmingham, he worked at renowned kitchens like Chez Bruce in London and Cutler and Co in Melbourne, refining his skills in modern European and Australian cuisine. With expertise in pastry, guest interaction, and catering for diverse dietary needs, Pascal has also worked as a yacht chef and organized large events like the Monaco Grand Prix. His approach to cooking focuses on respecting ingredients and enhancing natural flavors, while his current interests include perfecting his Koobideh Kebab, Singapore Chili Crab, and working with chocolate. Every menu he creates is tailored to the specific needs of each client and event.

Tegan grew up in Cape Town South Africa and he spent most of his younger years at the beach surfing and spending time in the ocean. After he matriculated he spent many years working in office jobs but quickly realized that wasn't the path for him and thats when he decided to get into yachting. Tegan prides himself on being a fast learner and is always open to learning new things and his goal for the coming year is to complete his yacht masters and work his way up the ladder to one day become a Chief Officer. Tegan always has a smile on his face and is super sociable and in his spare time he loves hanging with friends & family and playing sport and watching anime.

Renardo A.K.A Rando was born in St Ann, Jamaica, he grew up in the countryside where farming and fishing was the driving engine of providing for your family. After spending his childhood exploring the beaches and mountains it gave him a sense of travel and he decided to go to the Maritime University of Jamaica which was the only maritime institution in the Caribbean. He specialized in marine engineering, laying the foundation for a successful career at sea. His first job was as a 3rd engineer on a cruise ship called Semester at Sea which also acted as a floating university for students. He then worked on Liquefied Natural gas tankers, bulk carriers and supply boats for oil rigs. Renardo also did a stint at the Bauxite Industry in Jamaica which provided electricity for the island. All of this experience and knowledge has now helped him in his career path to becoming Chief Engineer on super yachts. He has a unique blend of Maritime expertise and keeps a high standard of operation and safety while sailing at sea. Renardo is a valuable crew member on board Sea Class and in his free time he is very sociable and active and always the first to explore the new areas where we dock!
