Beyond his technical expertise, Barend is also a gifted musician. With his guitar and warm voice, he often creates memorable post-dinner moments with live music—a personal touch from his time on other yachts. Reliable, versatile, and approachable, Barend brings both skill and heart to Sea Coral 2

Stephane comes from Nice (South of France). He began working at high-end restaurants in Paris for 20 years, including 10 years as a chef, after graduating from a French cooking high school in Paris. In 2011, he returned to the south of France and worked in restaurants before discovering work for private individuals in yachts and villas. He has worked in a private villa in Thailand for the past four winters and returns to the south of France in the summer season to work on yachts. He has a great skills of cooking French, Italian, Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and Pastry cuisine as he is trained by Michelin star chefs Teppanyaki (Japanese) and Resort Villa in Thailand (Indian). He enjoys bringing joy to others through his cooking and strives to do so at all times. Also, he is very professional with a strong work ethic and a good team spirit.

Captain Jérôme brings a calm, confident presence and a deep passion for yachting to every voyage. He has captained both motor and sailing yachts up to 53 meters across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, combining strong technical know-how with a warm, guest-focused approach.
Certified up to Capitaine 500 ums and Mechanic 750 kW, Jérôme ensures smooth, safe, and enjoyable journeys while overseeing all aspects of the yacht—from navigation and maintenance to crew leadership. His background in charter operations means he understands how to create relaxed, memorable experiences tailored to each guest.
Outside of work, Jérôme is a keen sailor, diver, and outdoor sports enthusiast, always happy to share his love of the sea. Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, he looks forward to welcoming you aboard and making your time onboard truly unforgettable.

Deborah is a highly skilled and versatile Stewardess, deck and sailor, with many years of experience at sea. Her love for sailing and the ocean began on sailboats, where she completed numerous Atlantic crossings and extended cruising voyages. Over time, her passion became her profession, and she began working in the Caribbean, providing various charter services. As her experience grew, she progressed to becoming a skipper on a day charter ketch, before eventually joining her partner to work as a team on motor yachts in the Mediterranean. Deborah's passion for the ocean and boats is evident in her hard-working, energetic approach, and her unwavering commitment to ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay on board. She is fluent in both English and French, and her strong work ethic and friendly demeanor make her an exceptional asset to any crew.

With two years of experience aboard vessels of similar size, he takes pride in knowing every nook and cranny of the ship. He brings a calm, positive attitude to the team and is an exceptionally skilled tender driver, thanks to his extensive hands-on experience. Passionate about the sea since birth, he has an impressive knowledge of marine life—he can identify every species of fish and has an incredibly sharp eye for spotting dolphins, which he's always eager to share with guests. Handy, resourceful, and an excellent fisherman, he might even catch your dinner fresh from the sea!

Karolina is a hard-working person, always eager to learn, adapt easily and do not mind getting herself out of her comfort zone. She was born in an international family, which helped her to be more diverse and adapt to different cultures and environments easily. Karolina was previously on board TORTOISE, an Arcadia 115 for 2 seasons. She loves traveling and cooking and also enjoy doing different kind of sport. She speaks fluently Latvian, Russian, English, German.
