May Cheill (Mimi), a Filipina yacht stewardess with over a decade of experience who's professional when it matters, fun when it counts, and always ready for the next adventure at sea. Im originally from the beautiful island of Cebu, Philippines - A Tropical Gem or the Queen City of the South. I love dogs, specially my baby Shitzu, I’m passionate about travel, nature, and adventure — especially cold weather destinations. When I’m not working at sea, you’ll find me camping, hiking, and exploring national parks, always hoping to spot wildlife. My ultimate dream is to own a camper van and journey from Alaska to Argentina.

Tanya was born and raised in Rhode Island — so yes, she’s basically part saltwater at this point. With 11 years in the yachting industry under her belt, she brings a global palate and a local charm to every charter. With a natural love for the ocean, a passport that’s always ready for new stamps, and a fearless approach to trying any food at least once (except maybe foie gras...), Tanya brings a global palate and a local's charm to the yachting world. She’s a proud mom to an incredible teenager who already wants to follow in her wake and join yachting after graduation — clearly, great taste runs in the family. Equal parts hard-working, loyal, funny, and chill, Tanya leads the interior team with calm confidence and a wicked sense of humor. Her motto? If the guests are happy, hydrated, and fed — we’re winning. If you’re ever looking for a perfectly timed snack, a surprise cocktail, or your next unforgettable experience, Tanya’s probably already two steps ahead of you — and she brought extra napkins.

I’m from the southern part of the Philippines, a single father raising my two kids on my own. Life shaped me early—growing up close to the beach taught me resilience, freedom, and respect for nature. In my younger days, basketball was my passion. I played on the court whenever I could, and that love followed me into the digital world—playing basketball and battle games on PlayStation became my way to relax and stay connected to competition and strategy. My yachting career opened the world to me. Traveling from place to place, I learned to appreciate different cultures and landscapes. Along the way, I discovered photography and
short video storytelling, capturing moments and memories from my journeys—snapshots of a life always in motion. As I matured, my dreams grew quieter but deeper. I began longing for mountains covered in snow, for silence broken only by wind and wildlife. I find peace looking back through my memories, knowing each experience shaped who I am today. One day soon, I will step onto a boat that carries me toward my greatest dream—exploring the last frontier.
Living off the grid, camping, navigating wild waters, and embracing true freedom. This is my ultimate life adventure.

Captain Duncan is from England, although he left home at sixteen to pursue his career. Bringing over a decade of experience with a huge emphasis on creating an exquisite charter program for any given style, he takes much of his substantial knowledge from working onboard the world's most heavy chartering vessels ranging from 20m-50m such as M/Y Lionshare and M/Y Chasing Daylight. This has led him to work on creating his own program, bringing only the finest of ideas and experiences to tailor the charter experience to each client. This makes every charter unique to the clients, no two are the same. With a large amount of time spent chartering the Caribbean, he has been instructing a various amount of water sports such as scuba diving, fishing, free diving, wake boarding, water ski and jet skiing. He has done four Atlantic crossings throughout his career. Prior to yachting, Duncan spent much of his time in semiprofessional rugby for Oxfordshire, England.
