With an extensive background in different cooking institutions and restaurants, he is looking forward to delight his guests with his flavored dishes and satisfies their culinary cravings. Jonathan has a warm and easy-going personality, his specialty being Mediterranean cuisine, however, he can cater to all tastes. Jonathan speaks Spanish, French, English, and Catalan.

Born in Mallorca, Miguel Reynes is a lover of his home, the Balearic Islands. He believes that each island has its own unique charm. With twenty years of experience, he describes himself as an enthusiastic and organized captain. Miguel joined SEA WATER back in 2017. He has a special weakness for Balearic traditional cuisine and culture. He speaks Catalan and Spanish, but he is also skilled in English, Italian, and French.
