Goran comes from a Croatian costal town, after finishing maritime high school and university he endevoured in yachting in 2009. Goran brings a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating and managing yacht to the highest standards of safety and excellence. Karlo is young and enthusiastic crew member that his passion for sea and sailing led him yachting. Karlo was a professional sailing racer. since he was 7 years old. After finishing nautical high school and graduating from Faculty of Maritime studies he has been in yachting started as a deckhand and climbed up to position of a chief officer. Ivan is a 29-year-old Croatian, born and raised in Croatia, where he graduated from the Maritime University in Rijeka. His strong organizational skills, high level of commitment, and meticulous attention to detail are among his key strengths.
Passionate about the sea both professionally and personally, Ivan has a keen interest in sailing and deep-sea diving. His maritime career allows him to travel extensively, something he greatly enjoys, while continuously expanding his experience and knowledge within the industry.

Mateo finished a three year culinary school and successfully worked in many five star hotels, restaurant and yachts m/y Tesoro; s/y Norema.

Ena was born and raised in Tivat, Montenegro a costal town and has been involved in sailing and boating since early age as her father was skipper on yachts. Ena sailed for Montenegro national team in divers classes. While studying Physcology she seasonly worked on yachts and after graduating from Gazi University in Ankara,Turkey her love for yachting prevailed and she continued her career in yachting and sailed Mediterranean as well as Barbados, Granada, St Lucia. Her previous experience she gained onboard m/y H (40m Rosi Navi) ; S/Y Perseverance 40m; m/y Blue Infinity One 28m; m/y Norfolk Star 37m; m/y Lady 8 29m; s/y Cavallo 43m

Chef Pavle Perović is a highly experienced Croatian yacht chef with over 15 years in the luxury yachting industry. Since joining yachts in 2009, he has built a strong reputation for delivering refined Italian, French, and Mediterranean cuisine, tailored to the highest guest expectations.
Pavle has extensive experience as a sole chef on both private and charter yachts from 30m to 50m+, managing provisioning and service for up to 12 guests and 9 crew. Calm, professional, and highly organized, he is known for creating exceptional onboard dining experiences with fresh, elegant, and beautifully presented

Branko Vukšić is an experienced Chief Engineer with over a decade of service on both private and charter yachts ranging from 35m to 42m. Most recently, he spent eight years as Chief Engineer onboard the 40m Rossi Navi M/Y H, where he managed all engine room operations, planned maintenance systems, major surveys, and technical troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and IT/AV systems.
Highly skilled with MTU and CAT engines, generators, and safety alarm systems, Branko is known for his calm, detail-driven approach and strong problem-solving abilities. His professionalism and dedication ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and smooth yacht operations for both crew and guests.

Leonarda Popović is a motivated and detail-oriented stewardess with experience in luxury yachting, aviation, and high-end hospitality. She most recently served as Third Stewardess onboard a 48m superyacht, supporting interior operations with a strong focus on guest service, housekeeping, and maintaining immaculate standards throughout all guest areas.
With a professional background as a former flight attendant, Leonarda brings excellent communication skills, discretion, and a calm approach in demanding environments. She holds STCW certification, Maritime Security Awareness training, a Boat Operator Licence, and sommelier training, making her a valuable addition to the interior team onboard M/Y Seagull MRD.
