Sebastien brings his youthful energy and impressive seamanship to his role as chase boat skipper aboard SEALEN B. With years of hands-on experience operating high-performance vessels around Antigua—including Nor-Techs, Boston Whalers, and Intrepids—Seb has developed a deep understanding of guest transfers, water toy logistics, and coastal navigation. His knowledge of the Caribbean, particularly the Leeward Islands, adds a unique depth to the charter experience.
Known for his warm personality and can-do attitude, Sebastien is always ready to assist guests with watersports, fishing excursions, or simply getting ashore in comfort and style. With qualifications in radar, diesel engines, and powerboat operation, as well as a strong background in ferry and deck work, he’s both technically proficient and guest-focused. Whether leading a snorkelling trip or offering local insights, Sebastien will do his utmost to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

Johann is a consummate sailor who brings more than 25 years of experience in the marine industry, with a career that blends sailing, engineering, and project management at the highest level. His background includes commanding performance sailing yachts, overseeing major refits, and leading regatta campaigns across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic. Described as ‘confident and focused’, Johann is deeply knowledgeable and combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for sailing. He has taken part in countless classic and superyacht regattas around the world and has completed multiple Atlantic crossings.
In addition, he holds a Master 200 GT, RYA Yachtmaster Ocean, and a Chief Engineer Y3, alongside extensive SOLAS and STCW qualifications. Guests appreciate his steady leadership, clear communication, and enthusiasm for sharing the thrill of sailing. Outside of yachting, he enjoys a challenge, whether that is open water swimming, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, as well as golf, bringing his energy and genuine enthusiasm to life on board SEALEN B.

Johann Visser
Captain
Born in Nice and raised close to the sea, Jonathan has spent much of his life working around engines, machinery, and boats of every kind. He joined the yachting industry in 2004 and has worked his way up as an engineer, both above and below the water. A particular highlight of his career was working on a galleon wreck off the coast of the Dominican Republic. Throughout this time, he has built a strong reputation as a dependable and highly capable Chief Engineer with extensive experience with engines and onboard systems during busy Mediterranean charters.
Jonathan takes pride in keeping everything running exactly as it should. From demanding charter seasons to complex shipyard refits and system upgrades, he approaches each project in a practical and methodical way. He remains calm under pressure and focuses on preventative maintenance, ensuring guests enjoy uninterrupted comfort and smooth cruising. When he is not in the engine room, he enjoys diving, swimming, sailing, and practising judo.

Born in Colombia and now calling Mallorca home, Meliza has spent over 20 years working in luxury hospitality, from Michelin-starred restaurants and boutique hotels to high-end retail and yachting. Since joining the industry in 2013, she has built a wealth of experience on both sailing and motor yachts, travelling extensively while developing a reputation for warm, attentive service and a calm, organised approach.
Friendly, energetic, and naturally guest-focused, Meliza loves creating a welcoming atmosphere on board and making every trip feel effortless for owners and guests alike. Whether she is mixing cocktails, setting a beautiful table, organising an event, or leading the interior team, she brings creativity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. In her free time, she enjoys diving, water sports, Pilates, sewing, and designing pieces for her own fashion brand.

Originally from Brittany, France, Yann developed his passion for hospitality and cuisine while studying at the renowned Lycée Hôtelier de Dinard. After completing four years of culinary and hospitality training, he spent five years working seasonal roles between the French Alps and his native Brittany, primarily as a cocktail bartender. These early experiences helped shape his strong service ethic, outgoing personality, and appreciation for creating memorable guest experiences.
Having called Mallorca home for more than 23 years, Yann has built an impressive career as a chef, restaurant manager, and Food & Beverage Manager within leading hotels and restaurants. For the past 6–8 years, he has dedicated himself to the yachting industry, where he particularly enjoys sourcing fresh local ingredients and showcasing regional flavours wherever his travels take him. Passionate about Mediterranean cuisine, Yann is known for his colourful, flavourful dishes that celebrate seasonal produce and simple, high-quality ingredients. Friendly, approachable, and always smiling, he brings a warm energy to life on board. Outside the galley, Yann enjoys hiking, trail running, and open-water swimming, and his love of the outdoors reflects his energetic and positive approach to both work and life.
