He plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations and a positive crew dynamic, ensuring guests experience a well-run, relaxed, and enjoyable environment at all times.

She supports the galley with creativity and precision, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistently high standard of cuisine.
