Isabel was born and raised in Palma de Mallorca, growing up in a multilingual environment speaking Swedish, English, and Spanish, while also learning German. Surrounded by the sea from an early age, she developed a natural love for the water and for meeting people from different cultures, which led her to yachting.
She brings a warm and approachable presence onboard, creating an environment where guests feel comfortable and at ease. Her language skills and international outlook allow her to connect easily with guests from a wide range of backgrounds.

Alex brings over a decade of experience in the yachting industry, having progressed steadily through the ranks on a range of prestigious yachts. Originally from the Isle of Wight, he has built a strong foundation through years of hands-on experience, including seven years onboard the same vessel, before returning in a senior role.
With a background in competitive rugby, Alex brings natural leadership, discipline, and a strong team-oriented mindset to life onboard. He plays a key role in maintaining smooth operations and a positive crew dynamic, ensuring guests experience a well-run, relaxed, and enjoyable environment at all times.
Outside of yachting, Alex enjoys surfing, travelling, and exploring remote destinations, having visited unique locations such as Burma and the Solomon Islands. His adventurous spirit and easygoing nature make him both approachable and engaging for guests.

Bonnie brings a unique and dynamic background, combining her experience as both a professional chef and a sailor. Originally from Australia and raised in a family of chefs and butchers, she developed a strong culinary foundation early on, later completing her apprenticeship and representing Australia at World Skills. After several years in corporate finance, she returned to her passion for cooking, bringing with her a well-rounded and disciplined approach to life onboard.
She supports the galley with creativity and precision, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver a consistently high standard of cuisine. With a strong focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and balanced nutrition, Bonnie contributes to a refined and balanced style of cuisine, with an intuitive understanding of guest preferences and dietary requirements.

Aidan grew up in South Africa with a strong connection to the ocean, spending family holidays on the coast and helping his father restore old and damaged boats from a young age. Alongside his maritime path, he also completed studies in investment management and property development, and qualified as a PADI diving instructor before moving into yachting.
He brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to deck operations, combining practical skill with a natural curiosity for problem-solving. Equally comfortable working on deck or spending time on the bridge assisting with navigation, Aidan contributes to a smooth and well-coordinated onboard environment.
Outside of work, he enjoys diving, time on the water, and creative, hands-on projects, reflecting his natural affinity for both the technical and adventurous aspects of life at sea.

Max was born in England and moved to Perth, Western Australia at the age of three, growing up just minutes from the ocean. Before joining yachting, he worked as a lifeguard and began an electrical apprenticeship in the mines of northern Western Australia. With both his brother and sister already in the industry, his move into yachting felt like a natural progression.
His background has given him a practical, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility, which he brings to his role on deck. Reliable and grounded, he contributes steadily to the smooth running of daily operations and supports a safe and efficient onboard environment.
Outside of work, Max enjoys spending time in the gym, playing basketball, and talking about cars, a long-standing interest that often sparks easy conversation with guests.

Lachy grew up in a coastal town on Australia’s east coast, where sailing was a natural part of life thanks to his father’s career as a professional sailor. Before entering yachting, he worked in high-end hospitality, developing a strong appreciation for teamwork and guest service, and later gained advanced scuba certification while travelling.
With a strong foundation on the water and a service-driven mindset, he supports deck operations with confidence while helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere onboard. His proactive attitude and team-oriented approach make him a reliable and positive presence within the crew.
In his free time, Lachy enjoys scuba diving, fitness, photography, and cooking, often bringing his creativity and enthusiasm into daily life onboard.

Known for his composed and detail-oriented style, Chris creates an environment onboard where both guests and crew feel supported and at ease. He believes that a motivated, professional team is the foundation of an exceptional charter, and his leadership ensures every experience runs seamlessly, with safety, comfort, and enjoyment always at the forefront.
Outside of yachting, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as water sports, diving, and golf. These interests allow him to connect naturally with guests and enhance their time onboard.
