Benedetta is an experienced and enthusiastic stewardess with a background in tourism and hospitality, and a passion for cultural exchange. With over two years of service aboard charter yachts across the scenic coastlines of Naples and Castellammare, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to guest comfort, safety, and exceptional onboard service. Before entering the yachting industry, Benedetta held roles in HR and event animation, where she honed her leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. She holds STCW Basic Training certification and a seaman’s booklet, and is fluent in Italian and English, with working knowledge of several other languages. In her free time, she likes to travel, meet friends and spend time with family.

Giuseppe Pecoraro joins the team as a motivated and charter-focused deckhand with strong experience in the luxury charter market in Capri. He brings a solid understanding of safety, guest service, and smooth deck operations, always maintaining high standards onboard.
Service-oriented and attentive to detail, Giuseppe supports water activities, assists guests with confidence, and contributes to a seamless charter experience. He speaks Italian and English (B1 level) allowing him to communicate comfortably and confidently with international guests. Professional and enthusiastic, he is a reliable and proactive member of the crew.

Salvatore joins the team as an experienced and highly versatile charter chef, bringing over a decade of yachting and international culinary expertise. Having worked as Sole Chef on both private and charter yachts, he is accustomed to delivering refined, high-quality dining experiences for up to 12 guests while managing all galley operations seamlessly. Classically trained in Italy and a member of the Italian Yacht Chef Association, Salvatore specialises in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, enriched by international influences from his time in Australia and France. From fresh pasta and artisanal breads to beautifully presented seafood and tailored dietary menus, his approach is flavour-driven, elegant, and fully adapted to guest preferences. He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French allowing him to communicate comfortably and confidently with international charter guests. Organised, creative, and calm under pressure, Salvatore consistently elevates the onboard dining experience while maintaining a smooth and efficient galley.

Americo is a true Capri local, born and raised on the island. His deep knowledge of the region and strong local connections make him the perfect captain for exploring this exclusive destination. Always smiling and ready to go the extra mile, Americo ensures every experience is effortless and unforgettable. Americo comes from a family of hospitality so he is well versed in giving the best experience for guests. On the island of Capri, he turned his passion for the sea into his profession. Inspired by his father, a Diving Instructor, Americo developed a deep love for the sea and followed in his father's footsteps to become a Diving Instructor himself. At 16, he spent his summers working on a typical Capri "gozzo," guiding tourists around the island. During the winters, he balanced his studies with various jobs, including four years as a carpenter and another four as a sound engineer. These roles, combined with his passion for motors and machinery, endowed him with strong technical knowledge of nautical instrumentation, engines, navigation systems, and both electric and electronic equipment on board. This expertise has enabled him to handle sudden emergencies at sea and assist mechanics and technicians with major repairs.
For the past 18 years, Americo has focused on pleasure yachts, specializing in high-end charters for international luxury guests. He is also the unofficial DJ of the yacht (he even has his console on the yacht!). He looks forward to welcoming your guests onboard Seataly.

Born and raised in Capri, Morena has always worked in close contact with an international public. This experience has enabled her to socialize with people from diverse cultures, fostering a positive and open outlook on the world. She enjoys working effectively as part of a team and is respectful, attentive, and passionate in her approach. Morena won the Tablescape Competition at the MYBA Show 2025 in Sanremo, a recognition of her creativity and attention to detail. She has been working in the maritime sector for the past three years.
