Growing up in the UK, Emma was originally trained as a paralegal where she built a sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask under pressure. However, she didn’t feel that sitting behind a desk was her destiny and she recently decided to leap to luxury hospitality where she found her true passion, to see the world.
Spending her winters working in 5-star chalets in Courchevel and her summers working on some of the finest superyachts in the world, Emma has developed a wide skillset and range of knowledge; everything from wine pairings to being a delight with children on board.
In her free time, Emma loves to participate in all types of sports year-round. A keen skier during the winter months and a lover of watersports when working on superyachts. Emma's adventurous spirit leads her to take every opportunity to travel, explore and drink in new environments.

Tsvetan was born in a small town where he studied in a technical college to get his first proficiency in CNC machine programming. He managed to match both his passions for engineering and the sea by studying marine engineering at the Naval Academy.
He worked at different engineering ranks on various kinds of commercial vessels before finally settling in the yachting industry back in 2013. His interest in renewable energy and sustainability has attracted him to join the SEAWOLF X adventure.
When at home he likes to spend time with his family at the family villa, and when possible, do some sports and activities like paddle boarding, dinghy sailing, skiing, and learning to play the guitar. He would also occasionally build small and medium-sized photovoltaic plants.

Megan developed a deep passion for the ocean from a young age, having spent her school holidays sailing on her family’s catamaran along the South African coast. Driven by a sense of adventure and independence, she relocated at a young age to Amsterdam, Milan, and Verona. After two years abroad, she returned to South Africa to pursue a degree in Marketing, Social Media, and Metaphysical Science.
In 2020, Megan worked for the Sheikh of Abu Dhabi for over a year, distinguishing herself as the only female deckhand in the entire fleet. This experience inspired her to launch “Girls on Deck”—an upcoming crew agency dedicated to supporting women in the yachting industry.
The initiative will offer a broad range of resources, including mental health support and emergency assistance in collaboration with ISWAN. An avid adventurer and thrill-seeker, Megan thrives on discovering new cliffs to jump from, rocks to climb, and waves to surf. In her downtime, she enjoys immersing herself in new cities, delving into literature, and continuously exploring new fields of study.
