Originally from the Black Sea coast in Odessa, Ukraine, Alex graduated from the Odessa National Maritime Academy in 2013. He began his maritime career in the merchant fleet, gaining valuable experience aboard bulk carriers and car carriers. In 2018, he transitioned into the yachting industry, where he has continued to develop his engineering expertise. Alex brings strong technical knowledge and a meticulous approach to his work, consistently delivering high-quality results on time. Outside of his professional duties, he enjoys playing football, chess, reading, and traveling.

Blaž was born in central Slovenia but moved to the Slovenian coast when he was 15 where he discovered the yachting industry. After finishing nautical school in Portorož he started working for a charter company. His passion for the sea didn’t stop there, and he went working on a cargo ship to finish his 3000t officer licenses and navigated all over Asia and the Middle East. His passion for yachting brought him back to the Med where he worked as a Captain on yachts up to 24m and as a bosun/first offer on bigger yachts. Blaz works since many years with Captain Filip, and they create a good team. His hobbies include diving, snowboarding, travelling around the world and exploring.

Rene was born in Izola, a small city on the Slovenian coastline. He started his nautical career at a young age, just after finishing high School f computer science. Initially, he was working in a water sports center and later in a boat renting company where he was skippering small bowriders. After getting the right experience he started working as a Captain on yachts up to 24 meters. He became more frequently involved with bigger yachts, so he boards on his first Super Yacht experience as deckhand on a 107-meter M/Y LANA. In 2022, he joined M/Y ISOTTA with Captain Filip and now he is the bosun of SERENISSIMA. Rene is very active and loves to offer his services to all the guests. He is passionate about cars, watches and he really love traveling.

Olena, was born and raised in Ukraine; after finishing the National Economic University, she worked 4 years in finances. Seeking new challenges, she decided to try herself in the nautical industry. She worked on a cruise from 2013 till 2017 which gave her the opportunity to travel around the world. From 2018 she is working on yachts, together with Captain Filip. Olena is enthusiastic about being onboard and works hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly, whilst also helping to provide a fun and warm environment for the guests.

Mariia is a highly skilled and dynamic stewardess with a degree in Marketing from the Faculty of International Economy. With 3 years of experience in hospitality and 4 years in the yachting industry, she has worked aboard six luxury yachts, primarily on vessels ranging from 70 to 80 meters. She also has the unique distinction of having worked for a royal family, further honing her exceptional service skills in a high-profile environment.
Known for her bubbly personality, excellent communication skills, and friendly demeanor, she has built a stellar reputation and earned brilliant references from both guests and colleagues. Her professional expertise is matched by her passion for service excellence.
Outside of work, Mariia enjoys reading, yoga, extreme sports, fashion, art, and exploring new destinations around the world.

Born and raised in continental Croatia 1997, Hana always knew she wants something different and by the sea. She has a college degree in Entrepreneurship in Economics and is currently living in Split, Croatia since 2022, where she joined yachting industry as a 2nd stewardess on the same boat she was promoted to chief stewardess next year. Loving the industry, traveling and adjusting life on different boats, she likes to push her own limits and go out of her comfort zone to keep gaining and improving her knowledge and skills. Her main goal is to be quick, productive and efficient to provide excellent 1st class service and a magical experience for the guests. This passionate and optimistic individual is describing her yachting journey as an exciting experience where you grow professionally as well as a person, where you learn how to turn challenging situations into inspirational life stories - while making beautiful memories and believing in your own and others potential. Her life ashore is a balance of good music, latin dancing and loud laughter - and a lot of human psychology research and enjoying spending time with dogs and children.

Chef Matteo is Italian-born and internationally experienced, with over 20 years in professional kitchens serving discerning guests worldwide. His culinary style is inspired by the rich traditions of Italian cuisine—bold in flavor, elegant in presentation—refined through extensive experience in 5-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury chalets, private estates, and leading cruise lines.

Highly adaptable and guest-focused, Matteo excels in the fast-paced charter environment, tailoring menus to individual preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural expectations. Calm under pressure and exceptionally well organized, he works seamlessly with the interior team to deliver smooth service and consistently high standards.

Professional, discreet, and reliable, Matteo’s “old-school” work ethic and attention to detail ensure every meal enhances the overall charter experience. His cuisine is elegant, balanced, and memorable—designed to impress guests and elevate life on board.

Nejc is very passionate, reliable, innovative and results-driven professional with extensive experience in ultra-luxury private resorts, watersports, diving centers and fleet management. He has over 13 years of experience in the nautical tourism and hospitality industry with strong background in all aspects of operations. He possesses a work ethic focused on continuous improvement with a keen eye for details. He joined M/Y ISOTTA (same Owner) in 2022 and now on board of M/Y SERENISSIMA. He is an energetic, enthusiastic member of the crew and prides himself in the level of care he puts into his work. He is a very active person and likes all kind of sports. He spends his free time diving, wakeboarding, snowboarding, skiing, kiteboarding, windsurfing, motocross, downhill and other adrenaline sports.

Filip was born on the Slovenian coast and has a passion for the sea since early
age. After finishing the Nautical Academy in Portoroz, Slovenia, he joined the yachting industry in 2010 and established his own charter company, which still runs well nowadays. Looking for new challenges he joined his first crewed yacht in 2012 as first mate, worked hard and finally his efforts led him to become captain. He sailed the whole Mediterranean Sea, knows well hidden bays that offer total privacy for the guests onboard. His enthusiasm blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. Filip likes to work closely with his guests to ensure that all their needs and desires are met. He was closely involved in the building of M/Y SERENISSIMA I where he paid attention to all the details in order to have the yacht delivered at the highest standards. In his free time, he enjoys diving, playing tennis, skiing and working around his motorbike.
