Paul began his yachting career 9 years ago and has since worked on a diverse range of yachts, from 43m to 76m, including both private and charter vessels. With extensive experience navigating the Mediterranean, Paul has also sailed in unique destinations such as Alaska, his personal favorite, and the Maldives. When not exploring the seven seas, Paul can often be found on the golf course in the summer or hitting the slopes in the winter. An avid scuba diver, he is passionate about marine life and is working toward earning his Dive Master certification in the near future.
Before joining the yachting industry, Paul honed his skills as a cocktail bartender and worked as a plumber, bringing a versatile skill set to his role. He is always ready to lend a hand with any needs that arise on board, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

Maartje Nicole is from the charming Dutch town of Aalsmeer and has always had a deep passion for the outdoors and the sea. From an early age, she sailed with her family, which sparked her lifelong love for water and nature. An active and adventurous spirit, Maartje enjoys horse riding, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, hiking, and painting.
Her caring nature and genuine sense of hospitality make her a perfect fit for the yachting industry. With a keen eye for detail and a strong connection to the ocean, she brings warmth, professionalism, and dedication to every guest experience.

Jorge was born on the north coast of Spain, in a beautiful seaside city called Gijon. Always drawn to the ocean and a former sailor, he earned a degree in nautical engineering and began his career in the commercial navy. In 2001, he transitioned into the yachting industry, where he has remained ever since.
After many years of traveling and gaining valuable experience, Jorge remains passionate about his work and continues to enjoy its challenges and rewards. Now based in Palma, he still loves returning to his roots in northern Spain, where his family and lifelong friends live.
His hobbies include traveling, sailing, basketball, and reading.

Kieron embarked on his aquatic journey from a young age, raised amidst the pristine waterways of the Gold Coast, Australia. As the youngest among three Superyacht Captains within his family lineage, he inherits a rich seamanship legacy, armed with an extensive knowledge base essential for crafting bespoke cruising itineraries across the globe. His passion for watersports resonates deeply within his own young family, who eagerly partake in a myriad of aquatic adventures.
With 24 years of professional yachting experience under his belt, Kieron's journey commenced along the East coast of the USA before extending his horizons to encompass the entirety of the Caribbean. Subsequently, he navigated the Mediterranean, driven by a curiosity that led him to explore the Red Sea, as well as the shores of Mexico and Central America along the Pacific Coast. His voyages have included multiple transits of the Panama Canal and expeditions to the Galapagos Islands. Naturally, he's also sailed the iconic waters of Sydney, Australia, tracing the picturesque contours of its East Coast. Recently, he ventured into the Persian Gulf, broadening his repertoire of sought-after destinations.
Among the vessels under his command were M/Y ELENI, M/Y OCEANA, and M/Y ROCKET, each bearing witness to his adept seamanship and unwavering dedication to his craft. Kieron is renowned for his impeccable service, ensuring that guests onboard experience unparalleled comfort and hospitality throughout their journey.
Beyond his maritime endeavours, Kieron finds joy in traversing destinations steeped in history, immersing himself in diverse cultures, relishing local cuisines, and forging connections with people from all walks of life. Daniel hails from Sweden, where he was raised amidst the glow of the northern lights and the serene beauty of frozen lakes in the country's northernmost region. His journey led him to pursue a career as a maritime engineer, a passion cultivated by his surroundings. Initially, he navigated cargo vessels through the Baltic and Mediterranean seas, honing his skills before transitioning to larger cruise ships traversing the vast expanse of the Pacific Ocean.
In 2021, Daniel embraced a new chapter in his maritime career, venturing into the dynamic world of yachting, working on vessels spanning 39 to 147m. He has navigated waters from the Caribbean to the Red Sea, showcasing his expertise and adaptability. As the Chief Engineer onboard, Daniel's dedication to excellence shines through in his meticulous maintenance routines and swift problem-solving, ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel's intricate machinery and systems, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency among his crewmates.
When not onboard, Daniel finds solace in his roots, splitting his time between Sweden and Spain, where he cherishes moments with his loved ones. His adventurous spirit finds expression in various outdoor pursuits, from skiing, to exploring trails during hikes, and cycling along the coast.

Masa originates from the vibrant city of Belgrade, Serbia. After earning her law degree, she ventured to the stunning shores of Montenegro. There, while working in the service sector for five years and embracing coastal living, she discovered her deep passion for the sea. This newfound love led her to the world of yachting, where she found the perfect blend of her interests: providing top-notch service and exploring the azure expanse of the ocean.
Masa is a qualified yoga instructor specialising in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She is multilingual, speaking Serbian, English, and basic Spanish, and is currently learning Italian. In 2021, Masa joined SEVERIN*S as a Second Stewardess, and through dedication and hard work, she was promoted to Chief Stewardess in 2023.

Marica, originally from Serbia, developed a passion for travel while studying Sales and Business Management. Eager for adventure, she explored various job opportunities before moving to London to obtain an international licence from the Wellness & Spa Academy. This led her to a career at sea, starting on cruise ships before transitioning to yachting as a stewardess, where she excels in providing personalised service and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Beyond her career, Marica embraces an active lifestyle. She holds licences in free climbing and archery and enjoys horse riding, dancing, and immersing herself in different cultures through travel. Marica is certified in the following massage therapies: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Emmett therapy, lymphatic drainage massage, and Madero therapy (anti-cellulite therapy).
