Erik hails from France and comes from a long line of Captains. He is in the yachting industry for more than 15 years now. During all this time he had the opportunity to develop both technical skills as well as human qualities. Erik is a reliable and dedicated Captain with a keen eye for detail. He is a valued member of the SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD team. He is hands-on, easy going and always motivated to get more charters onboard. Erik is a qualified diver and is always happy to spend some time on water.

Born and raised around Toronto, Canada, Jesse hails from a background that combines both urban and rural influences. Sailing has been Jesse’s lifelong passion, stemming from his parents' love for it during Canadian summers. Since a small age, he has primarily resided on his 50ft sailboat, "Cavale“ located in the Caribbean, and has explored over 25 countries spanning four continents. Jesse has owned and managed two restaurants but remains driven by a relentless pursuit of adventure. His culinary prowess extends to preparing meals with the food he catches in unique locations, creating unforgettable dining experiences for those on board. He is now thrilled to be on board SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD and he is ready to make his best to please his clients on board.

Originally from Ukraine, Hanna has over four years of experience in the yachting industry, specializing in interior service, housekeeping, and laundry management both on private and charter yachts. She holds key certifications, including Silver Service and Basic Safety Training. Hanna is known for her excellent organizational skills, and ability to support smooth operations in guest service. When she is not on board, Hanna enjoys swimming, snorkeling, hiking, and exploring cultural activities, such as dance classes, museums, and exhibitions. With attention to detail, she will make sure you enjoy your time on board SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD.

Caitlin brings a strong background in luxury hospitality and charter yachting, where she has consistently delivered exceptional service in fast-paced, guest focused environments. As a qualified Laundry and Housekeeping Stewardess, she is highly skilled in garment care, interior presentation, and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the yacht. Her experience also includes silver, synchronized and plated service, barista and bar training, as well as creating elegant floral arrangements and table décor that enhance every guest experience. Friendly, detail-oriented, and naturally service-driven, she takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every charter runs seamlessly on board SHAKE N' BAKE TBD.

Born and raised in Madrid, Pablo has defied the city's landlocked nature by cultivating a deep love for the ocean. His passions extend to various watersports, including sailing and surfing, which he enthusiastically practices during his global summer travels. Before transitioning into a career as deckhand on yachts, Pablo spent over 7 years working as a protocol and events manager, showcasing his versatility. Pablo holds a degree in business and marketing, bringing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to his maritime role. His warm and friendly personality, combined with a background in hospitality, makes him approachable and always ready to provide excellent service to guests. With Pablo on board, you can expect not only a dedicated deckhand but also someone with a genuine passion for the sea and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for everyone aboard SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD.

With over 20 years of engineering experience at sea, Mihail brings extensive technical expertise and a calm, dependable approach to every operation. Having progressed through the ranks from Third Engineer to Chief Engineer, he has spent more than a decade leading engineering departments on commercial vessels, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. A strong team player with a proactive mindset, he is committed to maintaining seamless operations while supporting a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

When you grow up by the sea, as Tihomir did, there's magic that runs in your blood. As a child, he loved watching the ships passing over the distant horizon, making him obsessed and eager to learn more about ships. Tihomir earned a bachelor’s degree in ship's electrical engineering as well as a master’s degree in marine engineering at the Naval Academy in Varna. He worked on passenger ships and cargo vessels around the world reaching all continents. He then entered the yachting industry to enjoy a smaller team with better peace of mind and security. He loves working with incredible people and making great memories and lifelong friends.

Leon’s background reflects a unique blend of military service and a degree in business. Originally from Canada, he has ventured to different parts of the world, including Australia where he lived and worked. After leaving the army, he eventually visited Canada for a year and ventured into yachting for the first time. This experience sparked his passion for the industry, and he is now convinced he wants to pursue his career in the maritime industry. He recently joined the team on SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD and he is ready to assure his clients an effective service while onboard.

Originally from Montenegro, Enis entered the yachting industry 9 years ago in St Maarten, Dutch Antilles and has been working in many different places around US/Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Middle East. His hobbies include travelling, exploring new places, history and music amongst others. His lovely smile and timid nature make him a fantastic addition to the SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD team.

Jean-Hervé hails from France and boasts over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry. He began his career as a sailing and diving instructor before transitioning to the yachting sector, serving as Chief Officer and Captain on yachts up to 50m, both charter and private. Jean-Hervé has also worked as a Safety Officer on cruising vessels up to 150m. His extensive sailing experience spans a wide range of conditions—from the Mediterranean to the Pacific, the Arctic to the Antarctic, and the Atlantic to the Caribbean. These experiences have honed his ability to safely handle a yacht, manage people, and provide exceptional customer service. In his spare time, Jean-Hervé enjoys cycling, swimming, running, and reading. He joined SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD as First Officer in September 2018 and served for two years. Now, he’s delighted to be back on board, ready to take on the responsibilities of Captain. Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Jean-Hervé is dedicated to giving guests the experience of a lifetime.
