Doychin is coming from Bulgaria, and he has always been fascinated and attracted by the sea. Chasing his dreams and passion, he studied Marine Engineering at the Naval Academy in Varna, where he had a sailing and diving training. Doychin served in the Navy for 16 years, 10 of which as Chief Engineer on board commercial cargo ships of all sizes and travelled all world. He is always aiming to provide guests with the best possible experience.

Born and raised in Madrid, Pablo has defied the city's landlocked nature by cultivating a deep love for the ocean. His passions extend to various watersports, including sailing and surfing, which he enthusiastically practices during his global summer travels. Before transitioning into a career as deckhand on yachts, Pablo spent over 7 years working as a protocol and events manager, showcasing his versatility. Pablo holds a degree in business and marketing, bringing a unique blend of skills and knowledge to his maritime role. His warm and friendly personality, combined with a background in hospitality, makes him approachable and always ready to provide excellent service to guests. With Pablo on board, you can expect not only a dedicated deckhand but also someone with a genuine passion for the sea and a commitment to ensuring a positive experience for everyone aboard SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD.

A creative and passionate individual, Romeo started working as chef in his hometown, in the South of France. His experience in the 3*** Michelin star restaurant has made him rigorous. Since then, he worked on board M/Y FORMOSA, LADY AMANDA, M/Y TRIBU, just to mention a few. Romeo has a positive and happy mindset and likes to share his passion for food. He always finds a way to improve his work everyday and does what it takes to go above and beyond expectations.

Born and raised around Toronto, Canada, Jesse hails from a background that combines both urban and rural influences. Sailing has been Jesse’s lifelong passion, stemming from his parents' love for it during Canadian summers. Since a small age, he has primarily resided on his 50ft sailboat, "Cavale“ located in the Caribbean, and has explored over 25 countries spanning four continents. Jesse has owned and managed two restaurants but remains driven by a relentless pursuit of adventure. His culinary prowess extends to preparing meals with the food he catches in unique locations, creating unforgettable dining experiences for those on board. He is now thrilled to be on board SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD and he is ready to make his best to please his clients on board.

Georgios hails from Greece. Always close to the sea and interested in vessels, he decided to go to the Merchant Marine Academy until 2013 while he then joined the Greek Navy Reserve Officers training school in 2020. It was a natural move for him to join commercial ships before being attracted by the yachting industry he just joined a few years ago. Aside from his great experience making him a trustful Chief Officer on board, Georgios is also a PWC instructor and a certified diver. He is now ready to assure his clients a professional and effective service on board SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD.

Originally from the UK, Annie is an energetic, creative and switched-on Arts graduate with laundy, housekeeping and 5+ years hospitality experience wherein she specialised in creating beautiful and imaginative cocktails. She has been a stewardess on board yachts up to 115m. Having worked in a vast variety of venues, notably the largest nightclub in the Southeast of the UK, she has seen and dealt with scenarios well out of the ordinary. This is a key reason to why she is so drawn to the yachting industry; she thrives on being adaptable and solving problems quickly when they arise. She is also very outgoing and a true team player and pride herself on providing excellent service with a smile. In her free time, she loves being active especially hiking and challenging myself at the gym.

Maria brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and in the maritime industry, with years spent on various yachts and river cruises. Her personable nature, coupled with extensive customer service expertise and adept teamwork skills, makes her a valuable asset on board. Maria's proficiency extends to housekeeping, flower arrangement, and cocktail service, reflecting her versatile skill set. During her leisure moments, she indulges in her passions for travel, fitness, yoga, photography, and literature.

Toshko hails from Bulgaria and he started his life at sea at the age of 20. He has an admirable commercial background, with many years of experience. He loves fishing and cooking at his spare time. Toshko will make sure that your time spent on board SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD is safe and smooth.

When you grow up by the sea, as Tihomir did, there's magic that runs in your blood. As a child, he loved watching the ships passing over the distant horizon, making him obsessed and eager to learn more about ships. Tihomir earned a bachelor’s degree in ship's electrical engineering as well as a master’s degree in marine engineering at the Naval Academy in Varna. He worked on passenger ships and cargo vessels around the world reaching all continents. He then entered the yachting industry to enjoy a smaller team with better peace of mind and security. He loves working with incredible people and making great memories and lifelong friends.
Tihomir Todorov

Originally from Montenegro, Enis entered the yachting industry 9 years ago in St Maarten, Dutch Antilles and has been working in many different places around US/Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Middle East. His hobbies include travelling, exploring new places, history and music amongst others. His lovely smile and timid nature make him a fantastic addition to the SHAKE N’ BAKE TBD team.
