Olly originally from Bristol, England, was brought up by the ocean in Cyprus for 15 years of his life. He started his maritime journey in 2015 as an engineering cadet in the merchant navy to then follow a passion within commercial vessels. Since 2018 Olly found a new love within the yachting industry employing his talents and technique at a high standard. In Olly’s spare time you will find him swinging a club or two at a golf club or watching the Arsenal game.

JM is originally from South Africa and began his career at a young age in the commercial fishing industry, where he built a strong work ethic and gained valuable experience working on the water. After discovering the yachting industry in Cape Town, he made the move to work abroad and quickly found his passion in the fast-paced world of yachting. Deeply connected to the ocean, JM spends most of his free time outdoors—whether scuba diving, fishing, or simply relaxing by the sea. Off the water, he enjoys staying active through running and is always up for any sport that brings a bit of adrenaline and adventure.JM previously worked on M/Y Skyfall for a year and a half, he left to pursue other opportunities and has recently just come back to Skyfall.

Brad, originally from Ballito in Durban, South Africa, grew up immersed in coastal living, spending his childhood surfing, fishing, and participating in various sports. With a natural inclination for high-adrenaline activities, he was destined for a life at sea. Following a year dedicated to rugby after completing his schooling, Brad began his yachting career as a deckhand on a 46-meter charter yacht. Over the past six years, he has gained extensive experience on yachts cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean. His proactive attitude and commitment to excellence ensure he consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and crew. Brad’s enthusiasm for engaging with children shines through in his ability to create memorable onboard experiences. Whether organizing water sports, inflatables, or jet skiing adventures, he is dedicated to keeping younger guests entertained. During his time off, Brad enjoys playing golf, surfing, and exploring new holiday destinations, embracing the beauty the world has to offer.

As part of the Skyfall team, Caity has explored the Mediterranean, Caribbean, USA East Coast, and the Bahamas, refining her ability to anticipate guests’ needs before they even arise. She thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, balancing ten-star service with an effortless warmth that makes every guest feel at home. Whether orchestrating immersive theme nights, curating bespoke experiences, or leading and mentoring a top-tier interior team, Caity approaches each detail with a level of precision and enthusiasm that sets her apart. Catherine, originally from Oxford, England, grew up in a family that shared a love for sailboats. Her passion for yachting began in 2018 when she started working as a deck/stew, soon falling in love with being a stewardess. Eager to expand her education, Catherine returned home and earned her BA with honors in International Travel and Business, excelling in her studies. Despite her academic success, she couldn’t stay away from the ocean for long. She found herself sailing the waters of the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and US East Coast aboard yachts ranging from 50 to 70 meters. Known for her dedication to guest satisfaction, Catherine thrives on ensuring every need is met, from mixing cocktails to creating impeccable table settings. Her attention to detail ensures that no question goes unanswered, and every moment is spent ensuring guests feel special. Outside of her professional life, Catherine has a deep passion for music, playing both the guitar and ukulele, and she loves to share her love for music with others, often strumming a tune in her free time.

Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sarah had the unique opportunity to move frequently during her childhood, sparking a deep interest in travel and ultimately leading her to a career at sea. Over the past two years, she’s worked on boats ranging from 12m to 58m, she absolutely loves what she does and being out on the ocean. While working in the maritime industry, Sarah is also pursuing her BCom in Marketing & Management Science, with two years left to complete her degree. Beyond her professional life, Sarah has a strong passion for cars, something her mother instilled in her from a very young age. It’s a love they still share today. When off duty, Sarah enjoys spending time in nature, swimming, and exploring new places.

Born and raised in Durban, South Africa, Olivia, also known as Liv, has always had a deep love for the ocean. Determined to complete a university degree before venturing into the world, Olivia obtained a degree in Strategic Brand Management and then began her career in yachting in 2024. Although she is still new to the industry, she is eager, confident and a quick learner, gracefully growing as a stewardess. She has already cruised the seas of Turkey, Greece, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Liv has worked on vessels ranging from 50m to 68m, making Skyfall a perfect fit for her. With many years of competitive Surf Lifesaving and swimming experience, she has fostered a love for the ocean and maintains a disciplined, fit, and adventurous lifestyle. Outside of yachting, Olivia spends her time staying active and exploring new places.

Jasmin, originally from Newcastle, embarked on her yachting career three years ago, swiftly developing a strong passion for the maritime industry. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive culinary experience, learning from renowned Michelin-star chefs. Her journey has taken her around the world, where she has refined her skills in authentic cuisine by attending a Thai Culinary school, studying handmade pasta under the guidance of Jamie Oliver, as well as mastering sushi, pastries, and artisanal bread-making. Most recently, she completed her formal training at the prestigious Ashburton Culinary School, which is highly regarded within the yacht industry. Jasmin’s culinary preferences are centered around Thai, Asian, Japanese, Italian cuisines, and BBQ. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes, engaging in water sports, and exploring new destinations.
