With a background from a nautical institute and ongoing professional training, Alessandro brings a disciplined, reliable and safety-oriented approach to his work. He is comfortable working in team environments, adapts well to life at sea and contributes positively to onboard organization and operations.
His technical knowledge, combined with good communication skills and a proactive attitude, makes him a valuable support to both deck officers and the overall crew, particularly in busy charter or passenger operations.
