Stéphane Yves joins the yacht as a stew/cook. With a rich and unique background, he combines solid experience in the maritime industry, onboard service, and strong interpersonal skills developed through many years of working closely with people.
Through his various experiences aboard yachts and catamarans such as Regine of Cannes, Couach Louen, Couach Zina, and the Sunreef Ruwani, Stéphane has gained an excellent understanding of onboard life, working as both deckhand, steward, and cook. Versatile and accustomed to demanding environments, he professionally handles guest service, interior and exterior maintenance, as well as meal preparation for both guests and crew.
Passionate about the sea for many years, Stéphane also has extensive experience in scuba diving, having worked as a diving instructor and dive center manager in Thailand and Bali. This international experience has enabled him to develop great adaptability, strong team spirit, and a natural ease with international clientele.

Carlos Eduardo Holanda De Oliveira is the captain aboard the yacht Solstice. With nearly ten years of experience in the yachting industry, he has built a strong reputation for his professionalism, leadership and extensive knowledge of both private and charter operations. Passionate about the maritime world, he combines strong technical expertise with a calm and service-oriented approach, ensuring smooth and safe operations at all times.
Throughout his career, Carlos has held positions as Captain, First Officer, and Deckhand aboard prestigious yachts such as M/Y DB9, M/Y China Girl, M/Y Equity, and M/Y Tortoise. His experience includes navigation across the French Riviera, Corsica, Sardinia, Italy, and the Baltic Sea, giving him an excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds and guest itineraries.
Accustomed to high-end yachting standards, Carlos is highly skilled in crew management, safety procedures, yacht maintenance, shipyard coordination, and charter operations. He has overseen major refit projects, implemented onboard safety systems, and managed complex vessel operations with professionalism and precision. His leadership style is based on trust, honesty, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Fluent in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Carlos naturally connects with an international clientele and ensures guests enjoy a seamless, refined, and memorable experience on board.
