Chef Georg Mueller brings over 19 years of culinary experience across luxury yachts, fine dining restaurants, and exclusive private resorts. Specialising in international cuisine, he has built a diverse career catering to discerning guests around the world, with experience in Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Asian cruising regions. Most recently, Georg worked as Chef on board M/Y Fabulous Character (42m), following his role as Head Chef on M/Y BG (47m Feadship) based in Singapore. Creative, adaptable, and highly guest-focused, Georg enjoys tailoring menus to suit individual preferences, from Japanese, Thai, French, and Italian cuisine to specialised dietary programmes. His background also includes working with VIP clients in a luxury private resort environment, where he developed a strong understanding of wellness-focused cuisine and personalised service. Enthusiastic and dedicated, Georg brings passion, precision, and a calm professional approach to every guest experience on board.

Dylan joined the yachting industry in 2016 as a mechanical technician team leader for tenders in La Ciotat, France. He has since worked as a cadet onboard ships ranging from 119m and 151m and 119m M/Y A Dylan has sailed through the waters of Dubai, Singapore, Australia, west Africa, the Atlantic Sea, northern Europe and the Mediterranean where his duties included overseeing the upkeep of hydraulic and electric systems, performing firefighting duties, managing the operation of tenders, assisting the Chief Officer in preparing passage planning and watch duties.
In his spare time, Dylan is passionate sportsman and enjoys playing in a team.

An avid fishing and diving enthusiast, Kyle brings over a decade of yachting experience, combining his love for the sea with a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Known for his approachable nature and quick wit, he’s always ready to lighten the mood. Kyle has a deeprooted passion for the ocean, shaped by growing up near the Great Barrier Reef and when not on the water, he enjoys playing golf and tennis. He is eager to contribute his enthusiasm and expertise to SONISHI and meet the crew on board.

With a degree in banking, economics and finance, and a successful career within that industry for a large multinational company, in early 2018 Emelie sought to utilise her skills, education, enthusiasm, knowledge of hospitality and outgoing personality in order to diversify into more varied roles.
Emelie managed to secure a position within yacht management, where she quickly adapted and learnt new skills and a great deal about everything that structured the department.
Remaining with the yachting industry Emelie then sought to work onboard a yacht and gain the additional experience. And, after several temporary positions, she worked her way up to lead stewardess.
Emelie is a grade 5 pianist, gold medal skier, and serious fitness enthusiast.
With a great love for what she does, and her fun and caring nature, Emelie will go the extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable stay and looks forward to welcoming you onboard SONISHI.

Penelope comes to yachting with a strong background in housekeeping & laundry for B&B and 2 years of experience in admin support, social media and personal assistance. Through this experience she was thought to have a superior attention to details and extremely effective communication. In addition to this, her experience working on yachts will ensure highest standards are met.
Penelope is an active and outgoing individual. She likes to spend her time exploring and meeting new people. She has passion for painting and music and will take any opportunity to go for a surf.

Elisha's housekeeping experience started by working for a hotel in Juan les Pins, preparing and cleaning hotel rooms ensuring guest satisfaction. This gave her a good insight in the hospitality industry, and she started working as a guest service assistant in a Holiday Inn Express in England. Her duties included welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in as well as working at the bar and serving breakfast. Elisha started her yachting career as a sole stewardess, which taught her all aspects of the interior department as well as working independently.
In her spare time, Elisha enjoys various creative hobbies such as painting, photography, and cooking. She also likes to stay active by surfing.

Known for his hands-on attitude and keen eye for detail, Simon approaches every task with dedication and precision. With a genuine love for all things maritime, he is committed to furthering his career as a reliable and professional deckhand in the yachting industry.

Paul is an enthusiastic, hardworking, and reliable Captain, with a vast amount of charter experience and many thousands of miles at the helm on yachts ranging from five to fifty meters, all over the Mediterranean.
With a passion for anything to do with engineering he came into the industry through a technical background. However, in his early career he learnt the importance of good hospitality, with a great deal of bar, hotel and restaurant work.
In his free time Paul enjoys restoring Classic Cars & Motorcycles, and he has spent many happy hours in the garage & workshop. But he also loves the great outdoors, skiing, travel, restaurants, and socialising and has recently completed the Nice to Cannes Marathon.
