Laura Martín Maldonado (1998), based in Madrid, is a junior stewardess with a strong background in hospitality, guest service and high-end events. She has worked in premium environments such as IFEMA and VIP areas at major venues, supporting guest reception, service and event coordination.
Her experience includes direct client interaction, table service and maintaining high presentation standards in fast-paced settings. Laura is accustomed to working with demanding clientele, delivering attentive and discreet service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations during events.
She has completed her STCW Basic Safety Training and holds all required documentation to join the yachting industry. Organised, detail-oriented and adaptable, she brings a professional attitude and a strong service mindset on board.

Santiago Povedano Margarit (1994) has experience across both sailing and motor yachts from 60ft to 200ft, including Swan, Hanse, Jongert, Benetti, Sunseeker and Gulf Craft. He has worked on yachts such as Fleurtje (200ft schooner), Anypa (Benetti 110ft) and M/Y Euphoria 2 (100ft).
During the 2024 and 2025 seasons, he has worked as Sole Chef for 12–16 guests, while also covering deck duties and maintenance during winter periods. His experience includes teak maintenance, gelcoat polishing, varnishing, painting, general upkeep, tender handling and daily yacht operations. He also supports interior service when required.
Santiago holds STCW certification and is a certified diver. Santiago speaks Spanish and English.

Martín López Pérez, based in Santa Pola (Alicante), brings over 30 years of experience at sea, with a strong background in commercial fishing before transitioning into the yachting industry.
For over 10 years, he has worked as both Captain and Chef on board, combining navigation, vessel management and Mediterranean cuisine. He has spent over a decade on M/Y El Magnífico, where he was responsible for crew management, navigation and guest service, while developing a strong reputation for traditional Mediterranean cooking, particularly rice dishes such as Valencian paella and calderos.
Martín has also worked across different cruising grounds including the Balearic Islands, Morocco, the Aegean Sea and Turkey, giving him a broad knowledge of Mediterranean navigation.
Originally from the Alicante region and with extensive experience in the Balearics, he has an excellent knowledge of Ibiza, Mallorca and the best anchorages in the area.
Martín holds qualifications as Captain of Fishing Vessels, Master 500GT (Patrón de Altura) and Merchant Navy Cook, along with all relevant STCW certifications. Martín speaks Spanish.

Marcela Calderón, originally from Colombia and currently based in Valencia, has experience on both sailing and motor yachts up to 50m. She has worked on vessels such as S/Y Xarifa (50m), M/Y Albacora of Tortola (43m) and M/Y Modus (40m), progressing into Chief Stewardess roles on M/Y Mister Francisco and M/Y Euphoria II, where she managed interior operations and guest service.
Her experience includes silver service, housekeeping, inventory management and cocktail service, ensuring smooth day-to-day interior operations during charter.
Marcela holds certifications in Silver Service, Food Handling, Bartending & Cocktails, and Housekeeping. Marcela speaks Spanish and English.

Marcela Calderón
Stewardess
Captain Miguel Antón Gutiérrez, born in Alicante, brings a lifetime of experience at sea, combining a strong technical background with extensive command experience. After training in navigation and marine engineering, he began his career in the merchant navy, working across both deck and engine roles before progressing to Chief Engineer and First Officer positions.
He later moved into the yachting industry, captaining a range of motor yachts including Princess V65, Astondoa 62 and Sunseeker Manhattan 70, primarily in the Balearic Islands. More recently, he captained the 40m M/Y Majestic and a 60m classic schooner, cruising extensively throughout the Mediterranean between 2023 and 2025.
Originally from Alicante and with many years in the Balearics, Miguel has excellent knowledge of Ibiza, Mallorca and the wider Mediterranean. Miguel speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.
