Beginning his maritime career at 19 years old through a cadetship programme, Stuart has since gained extensive experience across the commercial shipping industry, working on board oil tankers, LNG tankers, cruise ships, ferries, support vessels, and now yachts. Transitioning into yachting offered a new challenge and change of pace, while further expanding his skills and knowledge within the industry. Outside of work, Stewart is a passionate scuba diver and Divemaster currently undertaking technical Trimix training.

Raised by the sea in Tynemouth, Graeme began working on the water at just eight years old and developed a lifelong passion for boating and watersports.
Since obtaining his captain’s license in 1998, Graeme has completed 34 Atlantic crossings and has cruised the Mediterranean and Caribbean seas.
Graeme is known for running a safe, professional yacht while creating exceptional guest experiences and finding beautiful anchorages worldwide.

Ivan comes from a seaman’s family and as part of that tradition, he finished Marine Engineering school and Maritime College to start his path into marine engineering. Serving in the Merchant Navy, he polished his skills for eight years and since has gained over 15 years of experience working as a Chief Engineer on a variety of vessels.

Manuel has a deep-rooted passion for boats and the ocean. At the age of 14, he started his maritime journey by working alongside his father on trawler boats.
Since then, he has dedicated his professional life to the sea, steadily progressing through a wide range of marine roles, from fishing vessels to luxury yachts with over two decades of maritime experience.

Sophie grew up in Wellington, New Zealand and has worked around the globe, with most of this time spent at sea. Her previous roles include a certified Masseuse, Brand Ambassador, Hospitality Leader and Stewardess.
Sophie enjoys discovering new cuisine and sampling all the different cultural culinary experiences that she can, going hand-in-hand with her love of travel. She is determined to further her career in the maritime industry while continuing to experience the world and acquire new skills.

Born and raised in Malta, Luke has built a strong maritime career across both the commercial shipping and yachting industries. With experience on board RoRo, RoPax vessels, and charter yachts, Luke brings a well-rounded skillset and calm professionalism to life at sea. As chief officer, Luke is responsible for safety and security on board while overseeing navigation and daily deck operations. Having cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Red Sea and Caribbean, he is known for his dependable leadership, strong work ethic and approachable nature.

Interests: Construction, design and manufacture of furniture and interior items, spending time with family.
Arsen obtained a Master's degree in 2005, working as a Lawyer in the Court of Appeal until 2013. After getting acquainted with yachting, his life turned in a completely different direction. Within the same year, Arsen joined SPIRIT where he has worked to this day.
He spent most of his time on SPIRIT in the shipyards and crossings where he performs various types of work including fixing and restoration of many structures and regular maintenance. Over time, he has built a wonderful career at sea.

Originally from Sarnico, Lombardy, Luca began his culinary journey at 13 years old and has never looked back. Well-travelled and classically trained, his cooking philosophy focuses on preserving natural flavours while adding a refined contemporary touch.
His yachting career has had Luca cooking for guests while cruising waters of the Caribbean, Mexican Gulf, Mediterranean and Indian Ocean.
With experience in both one- and three-starred Michelin restaurants, and certificates to include bakery and patisserie, Luca brings exceptional skill and professionalism to the galley. He enjoys engaging with guests and aims to deliver an outstanding and memorable culinary experience on board.

Henry had a passion for the yachting industry since the age of 16 and began his career in May 2025 as a chase boat driver. Growing up in Portugal within a large, mixed family, he developed an early love for watersports, specifically kayaking and paddleboarding.
He began working in watersports at 18 years old and completed three seasons of instructing. Henry has also worked in bars for major events on the Isle of Wight, including the Round the Island race and Cowes Week.

Gaby grew up in the small town of East London, South Africa. Before entering the yachting industry, she completed an honours degree in investment management but always knew her true passion lay in working with people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Over the past four years in yachting, Gaby has combined her outgoing personality and strong hospitality skills to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere on board, and unforgettable experiences for every guest.
