Born in Pescia, Italy, on January 28th, 1977, Francesco has dedicated his entire professional life to the maritime world. With over 30 years of experience, he started in shipbuilding and later expanded his expertise in sailing excursions, water sports activities, and as a sailing instructor.
He entered the yachting industry in 2006, gaining extensive experience over 12 years aboard charter yachts. Francesco has cruised a wide variety of destinations, including the Balearic Islands, the French Riviera, all of the Italian coast, Thailand, and Malaysia.
A passionate sailor with a calm and confident demeanor, Francesco is also a keen fisherman and certified diver. His practical approach, excellent deck skills, and profound sea knowledge make him a trusted and reliable member of the crew.

Simone was born in Olbia, Sardinia, on November 13th, 1977. With more than 30 years of experience in the nautical sector, he brings a deep understanding of shipbuilding and sailing, having started his career in traditional boatyards before moving into the yachting world in 2005.
Over the past two decades, Simone has navigated across the Balearic Islands, the entire Italian coastline, Greece, Turkey, and the Caribbean, completing three Atlantic crossings. He has spent 6 years working specifically on charter yachts, where his strong work ethic and calm presence have proven invaluable.
A lifelong sailing enthusiast, Simone also enjoys fishing and brings a practical, hands-on attitude to every task on board. Quiet, dependable, and knowledgeable, he is a solid crew member who contributes significantly to the safety and enjoyment of every voyage.

Having spent a decade navigating Sardinia and the Mediterranean as a Hostess/Sailor, she has recently expanded her expertise into the galley. For the past 3 years, she has successfully integrated professional cooking into her roles, offering high-quality culinary experiences alongside her interior and deck duties.
Sacha is an entusiastic, hard working, Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented person with a strong background in customer service and luxury hospitality with proven ability to maintain high cleanliness standards (interior detailing), she also really enjoy creating, developing, and implementing high-end seasonal menus tailored to guest preferences purchasing the highest quality ingredients while providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
