Born in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, near Odesa, Ruslan developed a passion for sport from an early age. During his youth, he dedicated several years to swimming, breakdancing and mixed martial arts, which helped shape his discipline, resilience and competitive mindset. After graduating from a maritime college, Ruslan began his career at sea at the age of 18, joining the commercial shipping industry. Over the next seven years, he gained extensive experience in demanding international environments before transitioning into the yachting sector. Yachting enabled him to combine his love of travel with a commitment to teamwork and exceptional service. Working alongside multicultural crews and visiting renowned destinations around the world, Ruslan developed strong communication skills, adaptability and a global perspective. For the past two years, he has been based in Bucharest, Romania, where he continues to embrace new challenges, connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and pursue both personal and professional growth.

Ruslan Myronenko

Alex is from the UK and grew up in the countryside of Henley-on-Thames before recently relocating to Spain, where he now lives. He first got into yachting during a summer break from university, taking on a temporary deckhand role, and quickly realised it was something he wanted to pursue long term. After completing his degree, he returned to the industry full time and has now been working in yachting for over a decade. He brings a great deal of experience to the team and has worked on a wide range of yachts, gaining strong practical knowledge and a calm, reliable approach.
In his free time, he enjoys tennis, padel, and golf, and likes to make the most of being outdoors and active.

Alexander Andrews
First Officer
Born and raised in a coastal town in Croatia, Andrej has been surrounded by the sea since early childhood. Watching ships and yachts entering the harbour sparked a lifelong passion for maritime life. Coming from a family that owned a small boat, he began sailing at the age of eight and went on to participate in international sailing competitions. He started working on boats at the age of 15 and has since had jobs connected to the sea. With extensive experience on passenger vessels and motor yachts, he has sailed across the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Currently working as a chief officer, he brings a strong maritime background, solid navigational skills, and a calm, reliable presence on board. Known for his cheerful personality and approachable nature, he is a valued team player who contributes to a positive working environment.
In his free time, he enjoys sailing recreationally and riding motorcycles.

Andrej Kalajdzic

Anna was born in England but spent the first five years of her life in Mallorca before moving back to Surrey. She discovered the yachting industry while backpacking, after meeting someone who worked on yachts, and from that moment, she knew that a life at sea was perfect for her. A passionate traveller, Anna has solo backpacked across Europe and Southeast Asia, and she hopes to explore South America next. Her dream is to one day own a hostel somewhere warm and by the sea.
Anna looks forward to welcoming all guests with a big smile and ensuring everyone has an unforgettable time on board STARBURST III.

Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, Emma developed a love for the sea, travel and adventure from an early age. Growing up, she travelled extensively, exploring different cultures and discovering new destinations. A career in yachting has allowed her to combine her passion for travel with life at sea. In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding, hiking and fashion, with a particular interest in exploring local boutiques and luxury brands.

Born in Ukraine, Stepan has dedicated his professional life to maritime engineering, steadily advancing his career from cadet to Chief Engineer. He ensures all technical operations run flawlessly behind the scenes, bringing a calm and highly reliable presence to the vessel. Beyond the engine room, Stepan is a true mechanic at heart who enjoys fine-tuning his Volvo and collecting specialized everyday carry gear.
When not turning wrenches or monitoring ship systems, he stays active outdoors through hiking, cycling, and playing football. A devoted family man, Stepan combines steady professionalism with an approachable nature, ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for all guests on board M/Y STARBURST III.

Ryan has been in the yachting industry since 2022. Prior to this, he was an accomplished Regional Manager for the UK’s second-largest digital retail and distribution company. Over his 16-year career there, he led a team of more than 1,450 people across Surrey and South London. With a strong background in customer service, Ryan consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every guest experience is memorable, from first impressions to fond farewells. What he values most in life is enjoying the work he does and fostering a positive team environment; that’s why he brings humour and camaraderie to the workplace, while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. A true watersports enthusiast, Ryan loves capturing guests' moments on the water using GoPros, making sure they leave with lasting memories.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, playing and watching sports, hiking, and spending as much time as possible with friends – and his slightly better half (just marginally!).

Marisol was born in Mexico City, but spent much of her childhood in Chiapas, in the south of the country, where she developed a great interest in local products. She studied audiovisual communication, but it was during a trip to Argentina that she decided to leave everything behind and study gastronomy. Since 2015, she has worked in restaurants, and her training has led her to experience all areas of the business, developing a strong sense of responsibility and knowledge of each role. She has worked in high-standard restaurants in both Argentina and Europe. She is passionate about cooking, discovering and tasting local products, and the world of wine. Always seeking new challenges, she is now in the yachting industry, trying to combine her passion for travel and cooking.
STARBURST III is Marisol’s first yacht.

Reya was born in Spain and then moved to the north of England at the age of 2. She grew up attending a musical theatre school and thrived on stage, having her last show in 2024. She also completed her diploma in singing making a karaoke bar her obvious go to. Reya also backpacked South-East Asia and Australia where she completed her open water diving in Thailand, and her next goal is to dive the Great Barrier Reef. She began working in hospitality from the age of 13 and found a true love for it. She always brings a natural smile and bubbly energy to anything she does and is excited to start her first season in yachting and to making unforgettable experiences for her guests.
With a love for the ocean and hospitality, yachting seemed like the perfect career choice.
STARBURST III is Reya's first yacht.

Josh was born in England and grew up on the south coast of the UK, spending much of his childhood on or around the sea. Watching family members work in the maritime industry inspired his passion for life on the water from a young age. In his free time, Josh would often explore the local harbour next to his house and take trips across to the Isle of Wight in his RIB with friends and family whenever possible, Before pursuing this Josh spent five years working in a café and garden centre, where he developed strong customer service and communication skills.
He loves exploring new places, capturing photography that highlights what makes each destination unique, and experiencing different cultures around the world.
