Olivia grew up in Melbourne Australia. She spent her childhood summers with her dad in Indonesia which kick started her love for travel. After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business, she began travelling across Australia as a DJ, eventually finding her love for the east coast. This is where her yachting career started. Between DJing locally in Byron Bay, to working on small charter yachts, she wanted to take her career to the next level. Olivia is very adventurous and is always up for trying new things. She has a passion for outdoors

He spent his schooldays in Yorkshire, England, and served a traditional Merchant Navy Marine Engineering apprenticeship with the historic Liverpool shipping company, Ocean Fleets. After serving through the ranks in commercial shipping, Phil came to yachting in 2007 as an established Chief Engineer, and has served in prestigious yachts. When away from the yacht Phil lives in the French Alps with his wife and daughters, where they enjoy winter and summer activities together in the mountains.

Peter was introduced to the ocean from an early age. From sailing dinghies to obtaining a degree in Marine Engineering, he has followed this on to work in shipyards and eventually yachts for over 15 years. He has cruised remote parts of the globe and in his spare time, he likes to explore those parts of the world too. Be it climbing mountains or jumping off of them. A keen skydiver and mountain enthusiast, he is seldom still and keen to find that next adventure.

Nick is a formally trained chef from Auckland, New Zealand with a background of high-end restaurants, private villas and superyachts. Nick has travelled the globe discovering different cultures and that is represented in his unique cooking styles. With a vast repertoire of international cuisines and a love for delicious, innovative, seasonal cooking. It is always his goal to create healthy, balanced and beautifully presented food to his guests that reflect a certain time and place. Growing up in New Zealand and never being far from the water, Nick developed a great appreciation and understanding about fresh seafood, using seasonal ingredients inspired by ocean and influenced from surrounding landscapes.

After growing up on a hobby farm in remote outback Australia, Jake found himself working on numerous construction and mining sites. However, he eventually found his way into the yachting industry at 24 years old and has not looked back since. When he’s not on the water you can usually find him heading to the nearest snowy mountain for some snowboarding or planning to explore a new country and culture.

Georgia is from Glasgow, Scotland. Straight out of school, Georgia worked on cruise ships as a facial and body specialist. Not wanting to go back to Scotland just yet, she decided to try out the yachting industry and has now worked at sea for over five years. As a masseuse, Georgia specialises in deep tissue massage and hot stones. When she is not giving treatments, Georgia loves adventure. Her hobbies include sky diving, dirt biking and going running.

Polly grew up on a sheep farm in rural New Zealand not far from the ocean. Before yachting, she spent four years as a fashion model before entering the industry in 2019. She has since worked on yachts ranging from 80 - 110m. A natural host with a love for the details, she thrives off five-star service and the art of making people feel truly cared for. A certified Pilates Instructor and advocate for wellness, she brings a grounded, feel-good presence to both her
team and the guest experience. Away from work, she enjoys diving, immersing herself in local culture, and capturing her adventures through photography and music. She’s happiest when she’s on the move, music playing, and surrounded by good people.

Ashton grew up in Auckland, New Zealand, where his connection to the water naturally led him to a career in yachting. At 20, he took his first position on board MICHAELA ROSE, and over the next nine and a half years, he had the opportunity to travel to some of the world’s most remote cruising areas. After taking a two-year break to settle in North Carolina with his wife and son, Ashton is now eager to continue his career. Passionate about learning and progressing in the industry, he looks forward to working alongside great people while exploring new corners of the world.
