Christos started his career in Boston, and working with an acclaimed chef he became the owner of two restaurants. Moving forward he focused on becoming a private chef in the Mediterranean and the Americas. His goal is to bring a comfortable but exciting culinary experience to the guests; having decades of restaurant experience he decided to bring that to the yachting industry.

Nella grew up in the countryside of the Free State in South Africa, later moving closer to the wildlife where the Kruger National Park is her backyard. Nature and adventure were always part of her life, and the reason why she fell in love with the yachting industry after her first sailing experience in Dominican Republic in 2024. Nella has competed in a lot of different sports.

Erik grew up in Costa Mesa, California, where he spent summers working alongside his father, maintaining yachts at the Lido Peninsula marina. His passion for life on the water began in 2001 when he became a deckhand on an 80-foot North Coast yacht, cruising the Southern California coastline for six years.
From 2012 to 2018, Erik advanced his career aboard the 66m Feadship VANISH, eventually becoming Lead Deckhand. During this time, he gained extensive experience traveling along the West and East Coasts of the U.S., Alaska, the Canadian Maritimes, the Caribbean, and several Mediterranean seasons. His Med voyages included visits to Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, Montenegro, England, and Holland, with extensive time spent throughout the Caribbean.
Known for his soft-spoken, approachable demeanor and exceptional work ethic, Erik ensures guests are always prepared for outdoor adventures. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he brings professionalism and a welcoming spirit to every voyage.

Bud, originally from Detroit, Michigan, relocated to Fort Lauderdale 30 years ago to launch his yachting career as a deckhand on a large motor sailor. Over the years, Bed has gained extensive experience working aboard private and charter yachts exceeding 60 meters. Bud boasts an impressive charter record spanning the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean, West Coast of the U.S., Alaska, Maritime Canada, and the East Coast of the U.S., enabling him to expertly cater to the needs and preferences of clients.
Known for his calm and professional demeanor, Bud has earned the trust and admiration of Stealth clients, owners, and guests, who eagerly anticipate their next adventure with him at the helm. Bud's vast experience and dedicated training have earned him Master 3000-ton MCA/USCG all-ocean endorsed licenses.
In his leisure time, Bud enjoys fishing on his custom-made skiff and playing golf. He is fluent in Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in Italian.

Irene was born in Calabria, a small village in South Italy between the mountains and the sea. She developed early in life the curiosity of exploring the world. In her 9 years in the yachting industry, she fulfilled her dream of travelling worldwide in the most beautiful destinations eating the most delicious food and learning about different cultures.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela – known as the land of the beloved sun – but drawn to cold weather, Michell later moved to Bogota, Colombia. She enjoys hiking in the mountains, spending time with nature, exploring new cultures and trying local food. She values kindness, listening to others, serving with warmth, believing that genuine care and small details create meaningful experiences.

Born on the eastern coast of South Africa, in KwaZulu‑Natal, Garreth brings a lifelong appreciation and respect for the sea to his role as Chief Officer. With a backround that includes sailing across the Atlantic multiple times and transitioning from sailing to motor yachts, he has built extensive maritime experience. He provides charter guests with outstanding, safe and memorable experiences on the water.

Garreth Schoeman

Tom was born in Sibenik, an old town in the Croatian coast. He is a qualified engineer with 11 years of experience. Tom started his professional career on commercial vessels and 4 years ago he decided to move into the yachting industry where he progressed from 2nd engineer on a 60 meters to MY STEALTH. Tom enjoys playing sport and spend time with his family.
Following his Navy career, Matthias spent a brief period working on container ships and for a company that converted former military vessels into yachts. His work on various projects in Egypt, Sweden, and Germany eventually led him to the South of France, where he started working on a classic motor yacht and discovered his passion for the yachting industry.
Aboard STEALTH, Matthias is dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the yacht operates like clockwork.

Born in Mexico and raised on the coast of Newport Beach, California, he grew up in a family of sailors, having his father and uncle as examples of life and work ethic. Jaimie is a man of good conduct, respectful, hardworking and kind with people. He takes a great deal of pride in his work.
