Kasia hails from the Lower Silesia region of southwestern Poland. Her early education focused on administrative skills, but her passion for French language and culture led her to pursue a master’s degree in French Grammar. Fluent in French, English, and Polish, Kasia began her career as a translator and assistant to the CEO of a French company in Poland.
Kasia's journey then took her to Ireland, where she worked as a waitress at the Radisson Limerick, and later to France, where she spent eight years managing a rooftop terrace bar at the Radisson Hotel in Cannes. With a decade of hospitality experience in 4- and 5-star establishments, Kasia transitioned seamlessly into the world of yachting.
After four seasons working on yachts in the stunning Mediterranean, Kasia crossed the Atlantic to embark on new adventures. With nine years of experience on busy charter yachts, she now brings her exceptional service expertise to STEALTH.

Bud, originally from Detroit, Michigan, relocated to Fort Lauderdale 30 years ago to launch his yachting career as a deckhand on a large motor sailor. Over the years, Bed has gained extensive experience working aboard private and charter yachts exceeding 60 meters. Bud boasts an impressive charter record spanning the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Caribbean, West Coast of the U.S., Alaska, Maritime Canada, and the East Coast of the U.S., enabling him to expertly cater to the needs and preferences of clients.
Known for his calm and professional demeanor, Bud has earned the trust and admiration of Stealth clients, owners, and guests, who eagerly anticipate their next adventure with him at the helm. Bud's vast experience and dedicated training have earned him Master 3000-ton MCA/USCG all-ocean endorsed licenses.
In his leisure time, Bud enjoys fishing on his custom-made skiff and playing golf. He is fluent in Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in Italian.
Mark, originally from Burma, moved to the UK as a young boy with dreams of joining the culinary world. He honed his skills at the Crawley Culinary Institute, graduating with high honors. Over the years, Mark has developed and mastered his craft, beginning his career in hotels and contract catering before transitioning to roles as a personal and yacht chef.
Throughout his career, Mark has worked long-term with numerous prestigious clients, consistently adapting to their unique tastes and preferences. He is highly skilled in preparing a wide range of cuisines, including Asian, Middle Eastern, South American, Italian, French, and European dishes. His creative background shines through in the artistic presentation of his meals.
In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf and socializing with friends, both old and new. Known for his polite and easy-going nature, patience, and sense of humor, he takes pride in ensuring every dish meets his clients' expectations.
As Hemingway once said, “You can always find at least one Estonian in every port around the world,” and for Kris, the sea feels like home. With over a decade of maritime experience across cruise ships, catamarans, and superyachts, Kris has mastered the art of hospitality as a skilled yacht stewardess.
Kris's attention to detail, adaptability, and dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences ensure every moment onboard is seamless and luxurious. One of her most remarkable experiences was working with National Geographic near the small island of Niue in the South Pacific, where she participated in creating an underwater documentary and supported world-class scientists in data collection.
Kris’s passion for the sea, combined with her expertise and warm demeanor, makes her an invaluable asset to STEALTH, delivering exceptional service while embracing the spirit of exploration.
Alena was born and raised in a small town in the Moravia region of the Czech Republic, an area renowned for its wine culture. After attending Professional Hairdressing School followed by Business and Management School, her love of travel and languages inspired her to move abroad.
In her early years overseas, Alena worked as an au pair in the UK and Spain for families of various nationalities, gaining valuable experience in household management and multicultural environments. She also worked as a mobile hairdresser and spent four years with The Barber Shops group in Buckinghamshire, UK, honing her skills in personal grooming and customer care.
In 2018, Alena transitioned to the yachting industry after relocating to sunny Spain, where she initially worked for a boat maintenance company on the Costa Blanca. Over the past six years, she has built an impressive career onboard private and charter motor yachts ranging from 24m to 78m, cruising the Mediterranean, East Coast of the U.S., and the Caribbean.
Alena’s diverse background, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to excellence make her a skilled and reliable stewardess, delivering top-tier service to guests in every aspect of yachting life.
Garreth grew up in a small coastal town near Durban, South Africa, where his love for the ocean was cultivated through lifeguard training, surfing, and snorkeling. The sea became a natural extension of his life, leading him to pursue a maritime career after high school.
At just 19, Garreth began delivering sailing catamarans across the Atlantic, completing three crossings from Cape Town to the BVIs and the Abacos in the Bahamas. In 2012, he transitioned to the professional motor yachting industry, embarking on a career that has taken him across the East and West Coasts of the U.S., including ventures as far north as Alaska and Maine.
Garreth has spent many winters cruising the Bahamas and Caribbean, exploring destinations as far south as Curaçao and Bonaire and as far west as Panama. Among his favorite spots are the crystal-clear waters of Bonaire, the vibrant culture of Panama's Bocas del Toro, and the breathtaking wilderness of Alaska.
With extensive experience and a deep connection to the ocean, Garreth brings professionalism, skill, and enthusiasm to every journey he undertakes.

Erik grew up in Costa Mesa, California, where he spent summers working alongside his father, maintaining yachts at the Lido Peninsula marina. His passion for life on the water began in 2001 when he became a deckhand on an 80-foot North Coast yacht, cruising the Southern California coastline for six years.
From 2012 to 2018, Erik advanced his career aboard the 66m Feadship VANISH, eventually becoming Lead Deckhand. During this time, he gained extensive experience traveling along the West and East Coasts of the U.S., Alaska, the Canadian Maritimes, the Caribbean, and several Mediterranean seasons. His Med voyages included visits to Spain, Italy, France, Croatia, Montenegro, England, and Holland, with extensive time spent throughout the Caribbean.
Known for his soft-spoken, approachable demeanor and exceptional work ethic, Erik ensures guests are always prepared for outdoor adventures. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he brings professionalism and a welcoming spirit to every voyage.
Jeanri grew up in Free State, South Africa, and at 19, moved to Cape Town, where his passion for the ocean was ignited while working on a tuna and marlin fishing charter in 2021. Eager to expand his horizons, he transitioned to Europe in 2022, where he traveled extensively throughout the Mediterranean. Among the many destinations he visited, Sardinia, Italy, stands out as his favorite.
Following his Mediterranean adventures, Jeanri moved to the United States to gain valuable experience in the Bahamas and Caribbean. He is particularly enthusiastic about exploring, fishing, and snorkeling in the Caribbean, which perfectly align with his favorite hobbies.
An adrenaline enthusiast, Jeanri enjoys the thrill of racing—whether in a car or on a water toy—but always approaches it with safety and control in mind. Committed to maintaining his physical fitness, he ensures he is always prepared to perform his duties at the highest level, delivering exceptional service and energy to every charter.

After completing engineering school, Matthias began his career at Mercedes-Benz before fulfilling his mandatory military service in the German Navy, where he served as a helicopter engineer. In 2003, he returned to the Navy, taking on the role of an engineer aboard a Frigate Class 123. During his time there, he spent the majority of his career at sea, working in the engineering department.
Following his Navy career, Matthias spent a brief period working on container ships and for a company that converted former military vessels into yachts. His work on various projects in Egypt, Sweden, and Germany eventually led him to the South of France, where he started working on a classic motor yacht and discovered his passion for the yachting industry.
Aboard STEALTH, Matthias is dedicated to keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring the yacht operates like clockwork.
