With 5 years of experience in onshore restaurants more then 10 years on luxury yachts, Baptiste has developed a unique expertise in international cuisine.
The Chef is passionate about cooking in all its forms, from classic French gastronomy to exotic flavors from around the world. He has a perfect mastery of culinary techniques and knows how to skillfully combine ingredients to create delicious and balanced dishes that will delight the taste buds of the guests.

Former Captain on board Classic Benetti yachts DUNE, LIBERTUS and ESPINOLA between 2010 and 2025, Pablo is a very experienced captain. Very skilled when it comes to all technical aspects on board, Pablo is also very social with his guests and places "customer service" at a very high level. He has travelled the world with all means of transportation which makes him a very interesting person to exchange with. Pablo speaks his native French, English and Spanish.

After earning her Doctorate in Law, Carole chose to follow her passion for the sea and began her yachting career in 2021 as a stewardess on Espinola, before joining Stella Del Nord.
Dynamic, smiling, and highly professional, she is dedicated to delivering seamless and enjoyable charter experiences. Her kindness and attention to detail are greatly appreciated by guests.
