Monique is from North Wales, UK, has journeyed far and wide across the globe from South America, India, Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia and the South Pacific.
When she is not globetrotting, you can find her in camper van amidst the mountains trekking through nature, dancing salsa or reading a book somewhere quiet. She joined yachting in 2021 and she enjoys ensuring guests have an unforgettable time onboard.

Will, originally from Buckinghamshire in the UK, grew up sailing around the Isle of Wight from the age of 9. By 12, he was mastering wakeboarding and wakesurfing, sparking a lifelong passion for life on the water.
After studying Visual Design at Birmingham City University, Will combined his creativity with his love for watersports to launch a successful charter business in the Turks and Caicos Islands at just 22. Catering primarily to American and Canadian guests, the business continues to thrive today. It was in those same turquoise waters that Will first encountered the world of superyachts—and knew immediately he had to be part of it.
Now, with 11 years in the industry and 4 of them spent as Chief Officer on large yachts, Will’s ambition is to become a Captain in the not too distant future. Passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences, he looks forward to welcoming you on board—ensuring your time at sea is safe, smooth, and full of fun.

William Budd
First Officer
Originally from the Isle of Wight on the south coast of the UK, Sam grew up surrounded by the sea, shaping his love for the outdoors and all things maritime. A keen sportsman, he played football from a young age and later developed passions for golf, fishing, and travel. Before joining yachting, he trained as an electrician and spent time working in a busy marina, where he discovered his ambition for life at sea.
At 22, Sam set off for Antibes with a backpack and big dreams. After six challenging but memorable weeks, he landed his first yacht job—an experience he still considers a defining moment in his journey. Since then, he has embraced life at sea, crossing the Atlantic and spending time in the Caribbean and Florida, where he enjoys social evenings on the golf course with good friends and a couple of beers.
Outside of work, Sam is always chasing new experiences, having travelled extensively through Southeast Asia and discovering some of his favourite diving spots along the way.

Samuel Sanders
Second Officer
Dominic began his engineering career working on race motorbikes in his early twenties before transitioning to the maritime industry in 2014. Since then, he has gained experience across cruise ships, gas tankers, tugs, ferries, and luxury yachts, progressing from cadet engineer to chief engineer and bringing strong commercial and yachting expertise to Stella Maris.
Originally from London and raised in the New Forest, Dominic pairs solid technical skill with a calm, practical approach to problem-solving at sea. When he’s not in the engine room, he enjoys playing guitar, travelling, snowboarding, and catching football matches, as well as spending time with family back home.

Dominic Andrew

Originally from Donegal, Ireland, Cathy has a strong background in hospitality and luxury service, having studied Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Management in Northern Ireland before working with the internationally renowned Four Seasons in the South of France, where she also became fluent in French.
Since joining the yachting industry in 2012, Cathy has travelled extensively throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, USA, and Mexico, developing a true passion for life at sea and exceptional guest service. In her spare time, Cathy enjoys travelling, photography, interior design, skiing, and scuba diving.

Cathy McCauley

Freddie, originally from Oxfordshire in the southwest of the UK, developed a passion for water and adventure from a young age. He studied Outdoor Education at Hartpury College, earning a BTEC Diploma with Distinction in 2014.
He began his career with PGL in the south of France, where he became certified in various outdoor disciplines and spent five seasons instructing youth groups. As Assistant Chief Instructor, he led a team of 10 and oversaw beach operations and water safety.
In winter, Freddie worked multiple ski seasons in resorts like La Plagne and Chamonix as a chalet host, delivering high-quality guest service. For the past five years, he has built a career in yachting, drawing on his experience in leadership, seamanship, and guest relations. Passionate about team dynamics and mentoring, Freddie brings energy, reliability, and a positive attitude to every role. Currently working towards his Officer qualifications, he aims to step into an Officer position within the next two years.

Russel was born and raised in a small town called George. He has a big passion for sport, nature and traveling. He enjoys spending his free time playing golf or hiking. Russel’s passion for nature led him to study Game Ranch Management.
After he accomplished his degree, he became a game ranger at a reserve called Buffelsdrift Game Lodge. Russel’s love for traveling, adventure and exploration led him to join yachting.

With over two decades in yachting in yachting and hospitality, Ana Marie brings extensive knowledge and professionalism to every vessel she joins. Originally from the Philippines, she’s risen through the ranks to become a respected Interior Manager.
Known for her dedication to guest satisfaction, Ana Marie excels at creating warm, welcoming environments and delivering personalized service. She takes pride in exceeding guests' expectations and ensuring unforgettable experiences onboard. A true professional, Ana Marie continues to bring excellence, energy, and heart to the yachting industry.

Brandon was born and raised in Zimbabwe with Italian roots. He quickly found his love for the ocean, straight after school when he travelled for a bit and decided to leave the land locked country behind and start his career on yachts. Brandon has worked on various yachts ranging from 60M - 113M in length.
Travelling, meeting new people and working in beautiful destinations is what Brandon loves and that is what working on yachts gives him. On the side, Brandon enjoys playing tennis, Paddle staying fit and I’m sure you will see him whenever there is water sports going on.

Brandon Williams
Bosun
Witold, from Poland, is a natural-born Engineer. Since his early years he has been passionate about mechanics, completing his first successful engine overhaul at the tender age of 11. As a child, Witold wanted to be a pirate. To combine these two passions, he decided to become a seaman and major in Marine Engineering. He worked in the offshore industry for several years on various projects around the globe before joining Stella Maris in 2017.
A recently re-born biker, when he’s not at sea, he enjoys the freedom of cruising the open roads with the wind in his face. Witold’s life-long developed skills and experience ensure a smooth trip onboard Stella Maris, delivered with a sharp sense of humour.
