Julia has over 12 years of experience as a chef on private and charter yachts from Monaco to Saint Tropez, Miami, Bahamas and Dominican Republic. She has previously worked on 43m M/Y ANNAMIA, a busy charter yacht and 27m M/Y SERENITY a private yacht, to name a few. In 2019, Julia returned to France and decided to create her own event catering company in Cannes. This season, she joins M/Y SUD as the onboard chef, bringing her passion for Mediterranean, Provençal, fusion, and vegetarian cuisine. Julia is committed to sourcing the freshest, seasonal, and highest quality ingredients in her dishes. Always smiling, she is a dynamic chef who will go above and beyond to ensure guests experience complete satisfaction.

Elisa is a dedicated and service-oriented stewardess with experience across both private and charter yachts, known for her warm personality, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. With a background in high-end hospitality and fine dining service in Cannes, she brings polished guest service skills, discretion, and a positive attitude to every role onboard. Elisa thrives in fast-paced environments and is highly regarded for her flexibility, teamwork, and ability to maintain impeccable standards under pressure.

Her experience includes formal and informal service, housekeeping, laundry management, guest cabin preparation, and charter turnarounds. Guests and crew alike appreciate her calm demeanor, efficiency, and welcoming presence. Elisa holds up-to-date CFBS and Medical 1 certifications and is passionate about delivering exceptional onboard experiences.

Sophie is a highly experienced Chief Stewardess with nearly two decades in the yachting industry, bringing warmth, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail to every vessel she joins. Known for her positive attitude and strong team spirit, she has extensive experience in both private and charter operations, delivering impeccable service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests on board.

With a solid background in housekeeping, silver service, guest relations, and budget management, Sophie is confident leading interior teams while maintaining the highest standards throughout the yacht. Her calm, adaptable nature and genuine passion for hospitality make her a valued presence on board.

Over the years, Sophie has built a reputation for reliability, discretion, and dedication across a range of prestigious yachts, most recently aboard M/Y PESA, M/Y CRAZY TOO, and M/Y COCAV

Milan grew up in a yachting environment, watching his father who was also a Captain. With an incredible passion for the sea and water sports, there is nowhere else Milan would like to be but on the sea. He joined SUD early 2022 and is now working hard to gain experience to one day become a captain is his own right. Milan is friendly, hard working and keen to help charterers build memories on board. Keen sportsman, in his spare time, he loves to go wakeboarding, kite-surfing and playing rugby.

With formal training as a dietitian and nutritionist, Mailys began her yachting career serving as a sole stewardess and cook aboard smaller vessels. Motivated by a strong interest in seamanship and a desire to broaden her maritime expertise, she undertook professional training to transition into a deck role. She now serves as a deckhand aboard Sud, where she brings professionalism, dedication, and a warm, welcoming presence to the team. She is committed to ensuring that your experience on board is both enjoyable and memorable.

Jeremy has now been in the industry since 2016 and he is very passionate about his job. He is very team orientated and a pro-active solution finder. Engine rooms are clearly his passion. When he is not on board, Jeremy enjoys playing the guitar and saxophone, or enjoys skiing, surfing, fishing and diving. He will make sure guests and crew on board SUD are always in a safe environment.

Alexandre has been in the yachting industry since 2001 and has 20 years’ experience as a Captain ranging in different size of vessels. He has extensively cruised the Mediterranean Sea and has knowledge of the best yachting spots. Alexandre joined SUD in 2021 after having worked on board SHOOTING STAR, a very busy charter yacht. He is looking forward to welcoming you and your guests for new adventures. He is a devoted yachting industry professional with great leadership and organisational skills, his enthusiasm blending very well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As a Captain, he takes pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experiences for each charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all their needs and wishes are met. He is also a playful Captain with children on board and loves baking cookies with them when he has a bit of time.
In his spare time, he enjoys water sports such as sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, spearfishing, mountain biking and tennis.
