Julia has over 12 years of experience as a chef on private and charter yachts from Monaco to Saint Tropez, Miami, Bahamas and Dominican Republic. She has previously worked on 43m M/Y ANNAMIA, a busy charter yacht and 27m M/Y SERENITY a private yacht, to name a few. In 2019, Julia returned to France and decided to create her own event catering company in Cannes. This season, she joins M/Y SUD as the onboard chef, bringing her passion for Mediterranean, Provençal, fusion, and vegetarian cuisine. Julia is committed to sourcing the freshest, seasonal, and highest quality ingredients in her dishes. Always smiling, she is a dynamic chef who will go above and beyond to ensure guests experience complete satisfaction.

Milan grew up in a yachting environment, watching his father who was also a Captain. With an incredible passion for the sea and water sports, there is nowhere else Milan would like to be but on the sea. He joined SUD early 2022 and is now working hard to gain experience to one day become a captain is his own right. Milan is friendly, hard working and keen to help charterers build memories on board. Keen sportsman, in his spare time, he loves to go wakeboarding, kite-surfing and playing rugby.

Darya's love for the sea awoke at the age of 5 and she began sailing for 10 years. She moved to the South of France with her family when she was 13. Having completed studies in Hospitality Management, she joined the yachting industry in 2020 and has worked on yachts such as M/Y LOVEBOAT, M/Y KOLAHA and M/Y SINGOLAR. She is extremely dedicated and diligent with excellent communication skills. In 2024, Darya was promoted from Second Stewardess to the Chief Stewardess on board SUD. In her spare time, she loves cooking, traveling, water sports, sailing, triathlons, football, athletics and kickboxing.

After graduating her bachelor in business management and working in the office for 2 years, she stepped in the yachting world this season as a 2nd stewardess onboard Motor Yacht SUD. In her spare time, she is passionate about horse ridding and fishing. Driven by a love for the sea, and aspiring to a more exciting work life, she decided to make the switch in my career this winter. Fluent in both French and English, she is pleased to part of the Crew. With 5 years of experience as a nanny for children aged 4 weeks to 12 years old, she make sure that M/Y SUD is a welcoming environment for the Guest. Outside work, Nina likes to spend most of her time outside, enjoying the beautiful nature in the Riviera Coast.

With formal training as a dietitian and nutritionist, Mailys began her yachting career serving as a sole stewardess and cook aboard smaller vessels. Motivated by a strong interest in seamanship and a desire to broaden her maritime expertise, she undertook professional training to transition into a deck role. She now serves as a deckhand aboard Sud, where she brings professionalism, dedication, and a warm, welcoming presence to the team. She is committed to ensuring that your experience on board is both enjoyable and memorable.

Jeremy has now been in the industry since 2016 and he is very passionate about his job. He is very team orientated and a pro-active solution finder. Engine rooms are clearly his passion. When he is not on board, Jeremy enjoys playing the guitar and saxophone, or enjoys skiing, surfing, fishing and diving. He will make sure guests and crew on board SUD are always in a safe environment.

Alexandre has been in the yachting industry since 2001 and has 20 years’ experience as a Captain ranging in different size of vessels. He has extensively cruised the Mediterranean Sea and has knowledge of the best yachting spots. Alexandre joined SUD in 2021 after having worked on board SHOOTING STAR, a very busy charter yacht. He is looking forward to welcoming you and your guests for new adventures. He is a devoted yachting industry professional with great leadership and organisational skills, his enthusiasm blending very well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As a Captain, he takes pride in creating tailor-made yacht cruise experiences for each charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all their needs and wishes are met. He is also a playful Captain with children on board and loves baking cookies with them when he has a bit of time.
In his spare time, he enjoys water sports such as sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, spearfishing, mountain biking and tennis.
