His career in yachting began in 2016, driven by his deep love for the sea and hands-on experience in boat maintenance and repair.Over the years, Captain Ioannis has captained a wide variety of vessels, including catamarans, motor yachts, and sailing yachts, developing a strong reputation for safety, precision, and warm hospitality. He is a licensed Yachtmaster and also holds a Speedboat Operator License, ensuring the highest standard of maritime competence. Beyond his sailing credentials, Giannis has a creative eye and a passion for videography and photography, often capturing breathtaking moments for guests as part of their unforgettable journey. Calm under pressure and highly professional, he is dedicated to providing guests with safe, smooth, and enriching experiences at sea. Vaya Bairaba is an experienced chef specializing in luxury yacht and private villa dining. With a Degree in Professional Cooking and a Degree in Economic Sciences (University of Piraeus), she combines culinary expertise with strong organizational skills. Certified in HACCP, sea safety, and firefighting, she ensures high standards of food safety and operations. Since 2014, Vaya has worked as a Sole Chef on various luxury yachts, managing menu planning, provisioning, and preparing high-quality, seasonal cuisine for private and charter guests. She also served as Head Chef at Margiora, a deli and wine bar, leading kitchen operations and creating innovative menus. Fluent in Greek, English, Spanish, and French, Vaya thrives in diverse environments. She is proficient in MS Office, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and holds an Open Sea Sailing Diploma and Advanced PADI Diver certification. Her passions include charity work, trekking, traveling, gardening, and ceramics.
