Originally from Pretoria, Dillan brings a strong foundation in seamanship and an adventurous spirit to his role as Bosun. His passion for sailing began after school, leading to an unforgettable transatlantic crossing from South Africa to America—an experience that solidified his love for life at sea. While his early career was focused on sailing yachts and service vessels up to 90ft, Dillan recently made the leap to motor yachts, embracing the scale and professionalism of the superyacht industry. He holds a Yachtmaster Offshore qualification and is steadily working toward his Officer of the Watch certification. Dillan thrives on guest interaction, especially when it comes to watersports, where his energy and skill shine. Off duty, he’s an avid runner and dinghy sailor with a great sense of humor, always ready to lighten the mood. His best life experience? Since transitioning into yachting, Allan has built an impressive portfolio across high-profile charter and private yachts, consistently impressing guests with his versatility—from elegant modern European cuisine to vibrant Asian, Mediterranean, and plant-based dishes. Prior to yachting, she played a key management role in a fast-paced independent restaurant in the historic town of Bury St Edmunds and further refined her skills in award-winning restaurants and bars.
Tia-Anna thrives on the ever-changing nature of charter life, embracing each new guest experience with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Creative by nature, she enjoys a wide range of artistic pursuits, from sewing and upcycling clothing to painting, drawing, and baking. Before entering yachting, she built a successful corporate career in Bondi as an Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to CEOs of leading philanthropic organizations, including the sustainability division of Westpac Bank. She holds a Bachelor of International Relations, majoring in Global Media and Communication Studies.
Now an accomplished Chief Stewardess, Alessandra brings refined organization, creativity, and leadership to the interior. Passionate about personalized charter experiences, she delights in curating theme nights, bespoke cocktails, and thoughtful surprises tailored to each guest.
Yachting has taken her to 22 countries in three years, further fueling her love of travel and cultural immersion. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alessandra combines professionalism with artistic flair — from realistic portrait drawing to crafting inventive cocktails — ensuring every charter is seamless, stylish, and unforgettable.

Before joining the yachting world, he built a career in hospitality and events, managing nightclubs, running public events, and even launching his own boutique gym and pop-up bar service. This background in people-focused industries gave him a strong foundation in leadership, guest service, and high-pressure operations—all of which he’s carried into his yachting career.
With a Master 200t/Mate 500t license and experience as Chief Officer on yachts up to 46m, Dean has cruised extensively while ensuring guest safety and unforgettable experiences. Whether exploring remote anchorages or creating seamless onboard operations, he thrives on helping guests relax and make lasting memories.
A natural entertainer, Dean has DJ’d to crowds of over 3,000 and, fun fact, can fold a napkin into a chicken. Off duty, he enjoys the gym, travel, running, and music.

Seth is an energetic and hardworking deckhand from South Africa with a strong love for the ocean and a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences. After completing school and interning at a real estate firm, he pursued his yachting qualifications full-time—demonstrating early on his commitment to a maritime career. He holds a range of certifications, including AEC 1, MCA Yacht Rating, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and PADI Open Water.
Seth has worked as a Sole Deckhand on a 27m private yacht and as a temporary deckhand on a 45m vessel. Eager to grow his charter experience, he’s excited to bring his hands-on attitude and social energy to life onboard. He’s known for being a team player who thrives under pressure and brings good vibes—even during long pre-show prep nights like the one before the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, which remains a favorite memory.
Sporty, adventurous, and water-loving, Seth is always ready for the next challenge.

Born and raised in Maryland, USA, Braedy brings a warm, energetic approach to hospitality and guest service. Her journey began in the service industry, where she gained valuable experience as both a waitress and manager in a busy bakery and café after spending six months in London working as an au pair. These early roles helped shape her strong work ethic, adaptability, and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for others.
Since transitioning into yachting, Braedy has built experience onboard private yachts, progressing from 3rd Stewardess to 2nd Stewardess and developing confidence across all areas of the interior. She particularly enjoys the fast-paced nature of charter life and the opportunity to create unique and lasting memories for each group of guests. Creative and detail-oriented, Braedy has a talent for décor, design, and realistic sketching, bringing an artistic eye to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, hiking, swimming, and solo travel, with her unforgettable journey through Japan further fueling her love of exploring new cultures and destinations.

Born in Kirkwall in Scotland’s Orkney Islands, Erlend brings a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving to his role as Chief Engineer. His maritime career began on cruise ships, where he progressed to Second Engineer before moving into the offshore sector supporting specialist operations aboard the MOD-owned SD Northern River. After relocating to Mexico with his family, he transitioned into yachting, where he enjoys the variety, teamwork, and fast-paced nature of the industry.
Holding a Second Engineer Unlimited qualification and having also studied aircraft engineering, Erlend is known for his organised approach, keen eye for detail, and commitment to keeping every system running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys watersports, hiking, fitness, aviation, automotive projects, and playing electric guitar. His greatest achievement is watching his two sons grow up and share his passion for engineering.
