With his culinary education under his belt, Marc embarked on a six-year journey in the yacht industry, gaining experience along the way.
During his off-season adventures, Marc spends a long time travelling, drawing inspiration for his own culinary creations from the gastronomy of the countries he visits. Beyond the kitchen, he finds joy in music, with a particular passion for collecting vinyl records. In fact, he has a career as a DJ, playing regularly at the best clubs and parties on the island.
