Captain Spiros holds a Captain Class A’ Diploma and STCW certifications for safety, security and navigation at sea. His passion for the water also inspired him to obtain a diving license and a sailing license. He joined yachting in 2007 and had served at the helm of multiple motor and sailing yachts prior to joining our team. Throughout his career Captain Spiros has discovered the hidden gems of the Greek coastline, remote beaches with pristine waters and safe moorings that will certainly amaze our guests. He is kind, friendly and always determined to offer an impeccable yachting experience.

George joined the yachting industry in 2018, after deciding to follow his true passion for the sea and commence an exciting career on board luxury motor yachts. He is a quick learner and a true professional, expert in housekeeping and flower decorations. His kind manners and excellent hospitality skills guarantee unique service provision for our guests throughout their stay on board.

George Gjata
Steward
Iakovos holds Certificate of National School in Life Saving and Fire Fighting appliances as well as a speed boat license. He has also graduated from a technical school and holds electrician certificate. Iakovos has vast experience in the maritime industry considering he has been working at sea since 1985 on merchant, tanker and passenger vessels such as "Speedrunner III" as well as cruise liners such as "Crown Odyssey" and "Royal Odyssey". Iakovos had also spent a year working in a shipyard, building luxury yachts until he found his way to our team. He is also a great fisherman and can showcase his skills during a charter as well.

Iakovos Liaros

Chef Panagiotis is an experienced Chef with a strong background in both private yachting and high-end restaurant kitchens in Athens and Mykonos. Has worked as a yacht chef on vessels, delivering tailored menu planning, provisioning, and high-standard meal preparation in demanding onboard environments. Solid restaurant experience across well-known establishments, developing skills in Mediterranean and international cuisine, kitchen coordination, and high-pressure service. Trained at Le Monde Culinary School and recognized for strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to perform efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent presentation and quality standards.

Panagiotis Tsekeris

After graduating from high school in Greece, Maria worked in restaurants and café as waitress up to the position of supervisor for many years. Her vast experience in the catering industry had given her deep knowledge and experience in customer service and in 2015 she decided to work as a Stewardess on luxury yachts. She was awarded the Tablescaping Award Category A of the Chefs’ Competition as an Assistant Stewardess next to Suncoco's Chief Steward, during the 4th Mediterranean Yacht Show in 2017 in Nafplion, Greece. Maria pays attention to the smallest detail and is always determined to meet every guest's needs.

Maria Medi
Chief steward/ess
Panagiotis is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos (Engineering Department) and holds an A’ Class Engineer Diploma in the Merchant Navy, along with certification in lifesaving and firefighting equipment. He has progressed through the ranks from Cadet Engineer to Chief Engineer, serving as C’ Class, B’ Class, and A’ Class Engineer on both commercial vessels and yachts. His experience also includes technical department support, combining strong hands-on engineering expertise with leadership, operational reliability, and a firm commitment to safety standards.
